Customer service was awful! The lady had an attitude, and it just was so unnecessary. Other than that the food was hot, fast service, hate that there was absolutely no coffee, but its okay. I won't be coming here again, attitude is not what I need when I'm being nice, and just trying to order.

The wife wanted BK so I stopped at this one since I was already on this side of town. This was my first visit here. I was the only person in the drive thru. Ordered well and got to the window and was told I had to pull up while they make fresh fries. It took what felt like ages. At least about 7 to 10 mins. The person that brought it to the car said they gave me extra fries for the wait. I was excited at first but the fries were so meh. Unsalted and seemingly over/under cooked.Maybe...

The King doesn't get the respect he used to and fast food in general has been taking a beating. I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal so what I received fit the bill. Had to wait in drive thru a moment, but my sandwich, fries and nuggets were all fresh and hot out the oil and off the grill! The young lady working drive thru has not been scared by the fast food life, so she was attentive, pleasant and helpful. Sometimes you just want to get your food and go and for everything...
