I believed when placing online orders, it'll be ready when you get to the restaurant, but apparently when place order about 15 mins ago, I still have to wait for them to make it. Extra time can't waiting can't reclaimed.

The food was cold and nasty. The restaurant was dirty and disgusting. The shift manager was rude and very abrupt. There were only 3 employees working in the restaurant. I will never eat there again. I'm taking this nasty food back to them. I'm going to locate Corporate and file a formal complaint!!!

On December 19, 2023 @12:28pm, my daughter placed a order on the Burger King app for location on Garners Ferry. Her order came up to $35.52, she waited for the her order to be delivered after patiently waiting her order never came. The door dash driver put that the food was delivered; sent random picture of area that wasn’t nowhere near the apartment complex which is Austinwoods apartment on Garners Ferry. Fast forward; my daughter reached out to door dash requesting her money back but because she ordered through the Burger King app they couldn’t refund her the money so she tried several times to call the Burger King on Garners Ferry for several days no answer so I suggest she call the Shell station connected to the Burger King. Finally a male manager comes on the phone; not given his name but said he was the manager. My daughter tried explaining her problem and explained to him that she spoke to customer services with DoorDash customer concerning a refund. He over talked her through out the conversation. He was very rude; she couldn’t get a word in, she asked if he could help her on Burger King end, no empathy. Then he hung up in her face. I myself worked many fast food restaurants as a manager and no why did he tried De-escalate the matter

I was traveling and stopped in . I almost gave up on bk , the last few ones I went to have been really bad . This is the best whopper I've had in years . Fresh ingredients and toasty bun . Other bk's should follow what they're doing .

The customer service was horrible. My onion rings weren't cooked all the way, so i couldn't eat them. And the whopper Jr's look like kid meal burgers now. I expected better being we were the only ones there. But now i see why. Never again!!

Never have I visited such a ghetto and dirty place when I placed my order I was extremely rushed witch cause me to forget items with remarks like mhmm is that all after every single thing I ordered my wife’s pie was missing even though we were charged for it my burger was under done when I tried to call to clear things up nobody answered I called a total of 12 times with nothing when I was at the window getting my food the workers were passing lighters while talking about who smokes more completely in professional I will never return and I recommend no one does

I don't know about other locations, BUT THIS ONE.... I wouldn't eat here again if baby Jesus himself came down to earth and told me to!!! The food is always old and/or sloppy. Everytime I give it another shot I end up wasting time and money. Save yours and go home. Or just dig something out of the trash.
