if i could give it zero stars i would. sat down for 30 plus minutes and no one ever came to wait on me. didn’t even look at me(not sure if its just the way i looked or what) and when i tried waving someone down, they still ignored me. if they were busy - fine! but there were still empty tables and people being seated and waited on as i sat there. that’s fine service if i’ve ever seen it!

The Good: Ambiance and music selection were great. Seats at the bar were padded and comfortable. Beers were cold and there was plenty of booze in the mixed drinks. Alcohol was affordable. The Bad: Got chilli that tasted ok but was just this side of warm. Burgers were ordered medium (they asked) and were delivered very well done. Onion soup burger had no onions as far as I could tell. Service was friendly but distracted as they spent the majority of their time with friends. It was a Monday night, so maybe we got the back up cook. Final result: Would definitely hang here for drinks and watch the game. Would stick with light food like fries or orings.

Eclectic, slightly chintzy spot with a ton of decorating paraphernalia but also solid food. It has been a long time since I had a M/R burger that was perfectly cooked and you could taste the grill in the best way possible. As you can see I couldn’t finish, and I apologize for not getting a before picture, but it smelled too god to wait. Fries were decent, not amazing and the sante fe sauce that came with meal was Smokey creamy perfection. Give this place a chance and stop in. ❤️

We were next door getting cinnamon rolls from Devine cinnamon roll deli and was smacked by the smell of delicious burgers. So we stopped inside and we were amazed. John was our waiter and he was amazing. He great service and welcoming vibe was the cherry on top to an awesome meal. We will definitely return again.

We have eaten at Burger Tavern 77 before and had a good in-person experience. So we decided to order using their online app as we needed a to-go order.
The app worked fine. We placed our order and about five minutes later received notice that it was canceled and we should order again, but with no explanation. So I called the restaurant and was told they were out of what we had ordered, though their phone skills could use some work.
We gave it another shot and placed a new and different order with, among other things, two build-your-own burgers. When we got our order home, we discovered that neither was what we ordered. Some of the items listed on our receipt were not on the burgers. Items we had not asked for were on the burgers. No explanation was offered at the time of pickup. One of the burgers was much less cooked than requested. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I will not make a to-go order again, and I will think twice before dining in-person.

They're just not using great ingredients/staff for the price. Burger has been a hockey puck twice and the fries taste frozen.
