Darlene and her husband are professional and competent; we were so pleased with the final product - our three tiered wedding cake - that tasted amazing and got rave reviews from our guests. We had two flavors, salted caramel and dark chocolate; we didn't save our top tier because I promised my husband to have them make us a one-year anniversary cake with dark chocolate filled with salted caramel!
