The food is absolutely outstanding. They have beef, jerk chicken, and curry patties which were flaky and delicious. The oxtail and jerk chicken combo is a must-try. The curried goat was fabulous as well as the chicken roti. The people were wonderful and very attentive. The food was rockin!!!!! The oxtail with rice and peas and veggies (small plate) and the jerk chicken, with same sides (small plate) had enough portions for it being a small. They also ordered a beef Pattie which was very good had a nice spicy kick. The ambience is very Caribbean, they had some cultural ítems on display, and they had the reggae bumpin. They have a lot of Jamaican imports like cakes, cookies, candies and spices. Overall, Calabash Caribbean Grill is known for its authentic Jamaican food and excellent service, making it a great destination for those craving Caribbean cuisine. They also have a drive thru for pick up orders.
