I had the pleasure of trying canal coffee for the first time yesterday and i’m so glad i did! First of all, the barista was super friendly and mega skilled! Best latte i’ve ever had! Great selection of flavors, not overly sweet, perfectly balanced. They even have a separate drive through for mobile pickups!! Highly recommend this shop! Can’t wait to try some of their non coffee options as well!

I had a disappointing experience with Canal Coffee - Columbia. After a major storm caused widespread power outages, my mobile order auto-defaulted to the wrong location. When I contacted the store to explain the error and request a transfer to the correct location, they refused to refund, despite the circumstances. I understand mistakes happen, but their unwillingness to resolve an issue during a crisis reflects poor customer service. I expected more empathy and flexibility, especially from a company my family supports regularly.

I have recommended this place to all of my friends, I love it so much. The service is a 10/10 and the drink quality is always fantastic.

This was my second time to visit Canal and as was the first time, it was perfect. Keegan helped me to find the drink I needed as I was specifically looking for something with coffee, blended but with as little sugar as possible. She did it and it was perfect and so delicious. Thank you for great service and great product. I highly recommend and will be back for sure.

I LOVED the matcha latte I got from here!! I ended up downing it in 20 mins (which is fast for me lol). It was smooth, creamy and not too sweet! The drive thru was very convenient. Prices were also really reasonable!! I encourage folks to buy coffee here instead of Starbucks which supports a g side. ?
