I need to edit a 5 star review that I previously gave this place. I go here often and enjoy their new drinks. I attempted to do a delivery order through their main website. When the drink arrived it was open and obviously tampered with. I called the restaurant and they did not want to work with me on getting it redelivered without me having to pay additional money. Mind you the delivery fee was almost the same amount as the actual drink! I will never spend money on their website again and I encourage you guys to do the same. Do not spend your money on anything electronic with this restaurant. It is a pain trying to get your money back. The drinks are not worth it. Go someplace else.

This is a little drive through coffee but there is a walk up window too and a surprisingly quiet sitting area. The barista was friendly and warned me about how sweet the things I asked about were. I ended up going with an extra shot iced breve with lavender foam - it was my second favorite coffee drink I've ever had (first being a pistachio latte in savannah). The coffee roast is delicious, compared to starbucks lavender this was delicately blended (compared to starbucks jelly like flavoring that floats around or sits on the bottom). I love that the flavor was blended into the cold foam. They have some interesting flavors, but I'm not a fan of anything too sweet. The lavender was perfect.
My friends had gotten these sodas, I forget what they are called but I liked them too! Interesting, effervescent flavors, and not super sweet.

This is hands down our favorite coffee stop! The quality and service are outstanding. The baristas are always friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I especially love the mobile ordering—our order is always ready for us, which makes pick up a breeze. If you’re looking for excellent coffee and top-notch service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I love this little coffee place. The coffee always tastes great and the service is always extremely friendly. I personally love the sweet and salty mocha the best. The coffee is reasonably priced around $7 per drink. They’ll also make chocolate milk for the kiddos upon request as well.

Wife is crazy about the Macadamia milk Chai Latte. I had the iced mocha. Both were excellent. Staff was exceptional. Overall great experience.
I recently moved to SC and canal has been my lifeline since i moved here because of its amazing staff and even more amazing coffee. It is only a 5 minute drive from my house so i knew i had to try it, but I was a little worried about going to a drive thru only coffeeshop and im used to walking inside only, but i was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and the overall friendliness even through my car window. 1000/10. My absolute favorite place. Thank you canal coffee!! (Fyi: the salted caramel chai is TO DIE FOR!!!)
