Went to drive thru today4/3/24 got to window sat there 2 minutes no on acknowledged me.workers was bent over on counter talking,so i left worse place will not be returning to this location.

The people were real nice and professional but we got home and we were missing our shrimp and our chicken from our family meal. They only filled the cole slaw half way. There were enough fries for maybe 2 people. We got the family meal so we had enough and still didn't. I did call and went back the next day and got what we were missing. The gm was very nice and got what we needed.

Really looking forward to some good fish after a long hike. However, fish, fries & hush puppies were barely warm. If it hadn't been a traveling, I would have returned it. Regretting that I didn't, considering it was $13.94. For that price you expect good food. I did have to wait at window since I had okra. It was the only thing that was hot. Gave a 2 for service since cashier was nice.

I'm not understanding how this location isn't closed, the food was trash! I just gave them $15 for nothing, the service was awful ( I hate being mean but the cashier that works the drive thru with the beard, she has a very nasty attitude) she was talking to me crazy and looking at me even crazier. I didn't expect 5 star service but I've never experienced this at the Two Notch location.Whoever owns this location need to step in now before they ruin your business.

Slow n Ghetto, cashier was nice but kept asking me what I ordered, before ordering a worker assuming the manager came out yelling at the employees about doing there job for drive thru, they were cussing and not very professional. Food was decent seemed like they deep deep fried the fish extra crunchy or maybe they just dropped back in the grease. It’s either hit or miss at this location.

On 01.31.24 I waited 20 minutes in the lobby for two cups of loaded potato soup, just to pull off and find the soup was cold enough to drink with a straw. I tried calling and after two hours I was able to reach an apologetic person who told me to come get a replacement order. I told him I was to far away and that I would come tomorrow 2.1.24 after work. I went back the next day in the lobby explained my situation from the night before to the manager who was very nice but I waited for 30 minutes this night, at this point I thought they traveled all the way to Idaho to get the potatoes for the soup. ? You guys would not believe this if I told you that this soup was colder than yesterday. I'm DONE! ?Now I know yaw are thinking is the soup that good? I would reply Hell yes, when it's HOT! But I'll either have to make it myself with love or go to another location to get it from now on. SINCERELY Potato head Soup

Got the sampler… fish tasted like freezer, they put the broccoli and fries right next to each other… fries soggy, stuffed crab tasted stale. Not going back… wasted $13

I had the worst experience at one location where the cook threw my food. In another location where the manager was on her game, she and her staff had excellent customer service, but the other location did it for me. I will not go back. The food was salty and the rice was hard like rocks!

Placed order online , went through Drive thru, due to ft doors locked @515pm ?Waited behind 5 cars , approximate 13 min mind you the online stated be ready at 505 got to menu board said pull on around , then the 13 min wait , finally got to window ,was told the had to put fish back in broiler,had to pull in park waited 8 more min , ....I do believe they did not start order till I was parked due to them not checking for online orders , ask why was told cause that was busy earlier,There service is very poor , building starting to look run down , must be under new MGMT or owner , sad this was once one of the better Captain D's emphasize on was !!Good luck
