Good food. Service was well above average for a fast food place. A good change of pace from chicken or burgers.

I ordered a family fest, it was the worst. I paid $50+ for old cold fish, hard tender and shrimps. Had this been a single meal i would not be written this review. The oly thing was good was the crab cake that was an add on. Lesson learn, if you send this much money please chec your order before you walk out. So disappointing

I will never advocate for anyone to get fired, but the young black lady that was there tonight needs to be let go. She rush your order, caught an attitude and made gestures as if it was an inconvenience to order. As a black man this is ashamed. I didn’t get anything that I order. Everything was wrong. I just threw the food away. I feel as a customer, I was robbed. I’m here visiting from out of state and wanted to try Captain D’s. Never again.

First I have to say garners ferry road location needs management change in the worst way. Tried to eat there earlier today. Bad odor when we entered, lady took our order smiled some and was friendly but the floor was sticky in several areas, fries were old as usual, Pepsi needed changed, one restroom was out of order. That was the odor! Geesh will be a long time before I go back. Better to just eat home where you know how it is prepared. Hope we don’t get sick for sure.

Very over priced for what what I ordered, portions were very small.I spent almost 40.00 for a family meal and barely had enough for 2 adults and 2 children

The customer service here is the pits. The woman with the red hair who served us had no enthusiasm and for thss to be a seafood restaurant I would imagine that the server would know what type of fish was being served.

I know it's be a long time since I visited a Captain D's, but I swear the fish they served looked like fish as opposed to fish sticks. The flavor of the fish was bland as well. The hush puppies had no sweetness to them. More on the savory side. I'm not sure if that's the way their suppose to taste or not but ultimately they weren't tasty at all.

I don't think I'll be a returning customer.

The young lady who took our order was very friendly. The food was horrible. I ordered the Classic Fish Sandwich w/ fries. And a side of fried pickles. My meal was not hot. The Sandwich was not freshly made as well as the fries. As if this food sat under the heat lamp all day. OLD! The fried pickles were just as bad. Couldn't eat them, too hard & tasted like donut batter. In conclusion, $30 is a good amount of money to spend on fast-food. And yes, I've already submitted my complaint on the website. So, to the Owner of Garners Ferry Cap D's,make it right for us please. As a post note, I read many of the reviews. It seems as if your store continues to have the same issues, going years back? I'm hoping as the owner, you have " made it right" with your customers. And continue to train your staff & cooks accordingly.

Ordered in the drive through and it took about 10 minutes. Stated multiple times that I wanted a lemonade and a Dr pepper without ice and 2 chicken sandwich without pickles or sauce. Get home and i have, 2 Dr peppers with ice. And two chicken sandwiches with pickles and drowned with sauce. Horrible experience, go anywhere else.
