The service is very poor and the employees that they have working there are not very coordinated for example me James as a customer came to order there and said my order very clear but when it was time for me to get the food that I order back it was given to me completely wrong and I didn’t realize until I got all the way home

I went to the location on 11/12/25 the customer service was HORRIBLE I asked the cashier in the window for corporate number she said I don’t know it Goggle it. At this point I don’t want the food or nothing she came back to the window with the food I told her I don’t want it I want my money back and I need to see the manager. She open the window back and said my manager said just come in I told her tell your manager I ain’t come inside to order so I’m mother’s g out my car to come in to speak with him. He finally came to the window don’t ask any questions or what happen just said you want corporate number right and walked off. If these people don’t wanna work why have them in your establishment they really making it hard for customers to even wanna return. I can surely tell you I won’t be returning

Surprisingly good quality for fast food! Reasonably priced. I had been purchasing the Tackle BOX at Popeyes- I was receiving mixed answers: Discontinued; out of stock, etc- especially late in evening- THEY WERE LAZY AND LYING! Only two things kept me loyal to Popeyes: RED beans & Rice : Biscuits- On one occasion the biscuits were rancid(old shortening or oil); the kicker was the recipe change in beans & rice. All to save $$$$-they taste worse now than frozen alternative!! This was the ultimate dealbreaker!! I will never dine again at POPEYES- their inconsistent customer service; crowded; and errors in orders- TOO EXPENSIVE TO WASTE MONEY on poor service & food! Captain D's 100%

Messed up food order by putting the catfish in with the shrimp in spite of the fact that they were going to to separate destinations. I had to hand it back to them to put them in two separate containers. I won't mention the cross-contamination with the catfish and shrimp. The catfish was like 3 kids size chicken stripe. It was very slow coming out and didn't put plenty of tartar sauce in bag as requested. We ordered an additional side order of hushpuppies and didn't even get them despite PAYING for them. Lastly, the way everything was put in the bag had the contents flipped over and sliding throughout the bag. Extremely disappointing experience. We may never go to another one because of it.

It’s Saturday August 23 and My husband and I just wanted to thank you guys for a good experience we’ve been spending a lot of money eating out. Including some fast food places it’s been horrible. But tonight we had to pull up a minute no a long wait. and she said we want to make it right and that they did the food was GOOD. And we had exactly what we order fresh and hot even extra crumbs/crackling they were good to thanks you again
This is the worst Captain Ds I've I've been to! They are passing off chicken as fish! The manager is rude and the service SUX! I asked to speak with a manager and the person who spoke to me was extremely rude and would not give me her name or return my money! Go somewhere ELSE or save your money!

Stopped here while in town on a work trip and was curious to try their food. Asked the lady at the drive through for some time to look over the menu as I've never been to this restaurant chain.
You'd have thought I'd asked for her first born child by the way she responded.
Needless to say I'll never know what the food is like here because I simply decided to go someplace else.
I don't know what it is about Colombia, but holy cow are the people here so very rude for no discernable reason.
