This Garners Ferry location is great! Always order take out for pick up, and they get it right every time!! All their sides are good; love that they have baked potatoes! Feels more like a meal than fast food. Love their shrimp too. Highly recommend!!

Love the fish sandwich, but is often just slapped together.Inconsistencies in preparation of new potato soup. Thick to thin, hot to cold, too much topping to none, etc. I just quit buying it!Employees vary in professionalism. Most are polite enough. Some need training. Some just aren't fit to work. Anywhere!

I haven't seen a captain d's in 15 years. I was so excited when I drove all the way to south carolina and found one. However, when I pulled up to the drive through the worker was so rude to us, She had a ghetto attitude.she made us feel like we were bothering her. She was very unhelpful, short and disrespectful. When we got to the window to pay She said nothing to us and the stared at me and locked the window. We proceeded to wait in the drive thru for 20 min while she mean mugged us and danced and ate food while looking at us. Then when she finally gave us our food I went to ask for salt n pepper and she cut me off and said I put everything in the bag. I had to wave her down again just to ask for it because again she shut the window in my face and locked it.

Tried the 4 piece spicy fish meal, and the spicy catfish sandwich for the first time. The spicy fish meal was delicious. What impressed me was the spicy catfish sandwich! Two big pieces of fish, and seasoned perfectly!
On 10/14 I was treated rudely and disrespected by the African American Female Cook/Manager with burgundy and black braided hair ( that was not pulled up or contained with a hair net) at Captain D's on Garners Ferry Rd. I asked her to give me her name and she refused, but she continued to be rude in front of other guests in the restaurant, as well as the staff. I patronize this location every Saturday and I have never had an encounter like this before. I spoke with a random person in the parking lot whom also has been a victim of this same employee's rudeness. This person told me that he has complained about this employee previously,yet she is still employed by Captain D's and ruining the business. I hope Captain D's will look into this matter before business suffers more than it already has. This employee demonstrated poor management/conflict resolution skills.
