The only complaint was a drunk customer. However we can’t control what another person says or does but the bartender should monitor how many drinks they serve to a person.I would have gave Atmosphere 5 stars but we were seated by the bar and a young lady (yellow dress) came in and clearly had to much to drink at the bar. She was loud very belligerent towards other guests. She tried to get me to engage in an argument with her I just ignored her I asked for the check. We didn’t finish our food we just wanted to leave. I don’t know if the bartender can refuse to serve someone if they had to much to drink or not. But other than that . Everything was good.

Good experience. They were clearly understaffed, so service was a little slow. The host was absolutely overwhelmed, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. This was around 3:30 on a Saturday. Our server was hustling and she did a great job checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed.The food was good. We were just looking for a chill place to grab food before heading back to Greenville. We had a good experience.

Joined the waiting list. The host with the knee brace said that it would be 35 minutes. Decided to wait the time but never sends a message or did not put in the right phone number ended up seating 4 parties of 3 or more before a party of 2. Hospitality was poor. Maybe it wasn’t a good day to go. Food was okay. The buffalo dip was very flavorful over that chicken Alfredo which needed a lot of salt. Never had a problem before today. Our server was normal. Kinda sucked because I was trying to introduce someone to what I think is a great restaurant they’d never been and the service did not add up.

Once again an establishment that a guy that's working out of town , looking for a good dinner, can't get waited on, Even seated. Two parties were seated in front of me that walked in behind me and they literally walked around me to go Be seated. So I went to Lucky's, local place 2 miles down the road that had better prices, cold beer, and actual friendly staff.

My food didn't come out until after everyone else was finished with their meals. No reason why, we just kept getting told it would be just 2 more minutes. The food was okay but not great. Wings were undercooked and the fries were dry. We asked to speak to the manager but were told he was too busy to speak to us, despite the fact the place was less than half full and it was a Tuesday. Well not be going to this place again.
Frozen Salmon less than 1/8 inch piece of farm raised salmon mystery meat husband ordered.My quesidilla condiments were good. The chicken tasted like it cme from a can.People no longer want to eat fake food! Get it together Chain restaurants!

Fun place with poor service. Food takes a bit of time to come out even when they aren't busy and food is over cooked at times. Some extra managerial attention is needed.
