The cheese steak is good! Fries and fruit punch was good. The customer service sucks. There is no other way to put it. Ever go to an establishment and the workers seem mad to be there? That's Charlie's. Today was my first time eating there. I really liked the food. I don't understand the attitude. If you want a good cheese steak give it a try. If you desire a friendly atmosphere and an inviting welcoming staff, keep it moving. This ain't that kind of restaurant. Which is a shame.

I absolutely love this place! I wasn’t having such a great day today (and am unusually tired in addition) and was in Columbiana Mall and decided to stop and order my food from this location. My food was made EXACTLY as I ordered but even more importantly than this ALL 4 of the teammates that were working were so very kind and welcoming. It’s amazing how kindness, smiles and positive words can turn someone’s day around! I don’t get to the mall often but suffice it to state that when I do these people will ALWAYS be my choice and get my business. Thank you for a delicious meal and exemplary customer service team Charley’s!

Absolutely, 💯 % the worst customer service. 43min for a sandwich. The blind leading the blind. At best, the food was a 2 star. Manager is rude and very ugly attitude.

never had an issue with the food, but the customer service experience here is always poor. Im assuming she is the manager, always very rude. I asked to switch a lemonade to a tea from an online order from work and I was told to buy a new one since it was already made… never heard of that.

Very slow long lines but; food is good. Get it before the crowds. Has great lunch menu I had a kids meals. 4 piece boneless wings with fries drink and 2 pack Oreo.
