With the wait time being so long, I thought my food would have been perfect. I had a double fish sandwich with lettuce from last week, barely any tartar sauce Serve with warmed up fries from last night. My drink may have been delicious if it wasn’t watered down with melting ice for the long wait as we were pulled over and told our food will be ready shortly. The garlic honey wings were hitting and on point. It’s no way this food was fresh. But I’ll be back for more wings.

Waited over 5 minutes at the speaker for nobody to come to it. Pulled around and waited behind another vehicle for another 5 minutes. Nobody came to the window the entire time. Watched someone walk up to the same window with a receipt on hand while the car was still waiting. He knocked on window and nobody came over. I had so much time that I googled the place to look at reviews. After seeing the horror reviews I BACKED out of the drive thru so I didn't waste more time.

$14.75 for a meal, not even and large fry or drink. Drink full of ice to the top, burger trash, not right toppings, fry’s cold and gross. took a loss on this one. also waited near 10 minutes.

Takes too long on mobile/DoorDash orders. Most orders are 20 minutes late and pick up windows is ignored.

Slow service, abysmal. Placed an online order to only have to wait 20 mins+(still in the online line). Absolutely unacceptable. I was the first car here and now the drive thru line is full and there are 3 cars behind me in the online line. The fact that I had enough time to write this review while in line should say enough. I should've checked the reviews before placing an online order, I advise you do the same. (Edit, I've now gotten the food at least it was hot 3/10)
Edit: it's now been over an hour for a single $4 meal Places order at 10:25pm and checked in immediately. It's 11:15pm and I'm still standing here. Apparently they get punished for not finishing only drive thru orders and you cannot pick up mobile orders in the drive thru.

Lemonade didn’t have any flavor and had to request for another drink, asked for honey mustard and was given bbq sauce and then told they were out of honey mustard after I asked. Started eating the chicken tenders and they were not cooked all the way. Waste of money and time. I could’ve gotten ill from consuming raw meat.

The manager gave me a receipt an after told me they did not have food I paid for so they can give me something else I asked for a refund now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days
