Change the demographic of the people who work there because they have no sense of urgency or any work ethic! I was so excited to experience checkers again as I grew up in Chicago and checkers was a weekly treat for me and my family! Those big juicy burgers packed with flavor and the best seasoned fries you'll ever chomp on! Not at this spot! They managed to fail at every single point and the food i received was absolutely unacceptable! Im hoping there's another Checkers in lexington or redbank because under different demographics the franchise will execute flawlessly!

Just Leaving There At around 1:30 I’m from D.C. I pull up to the drive thru no answer pull to the front it a girl in the back ignoring everyone no answer no communication nothing what so ever. I have never in my life been to checkers and experienced anything like this. How would she feel after a 8hour drive and she ignoring customers with no explanation what the system down anything but no she gets minimum wage and is above all else. Fire THIS YOUNG LADY WHOEVER ON SHIFT @ this location FEBRUARY 19th 2026 at 1:20 or 1:30 just disgusting behavior if you loosing money she the reason! Or whoever was in there!!!

If they take the time and read their order.. they wouldn’t get them wrong. Haven’t eaten Checkers in years and this order just ruined my taste for this again. People you’d be better off going to Wendy’s or Burger King 😂😂 They read the first part but don’t read the full order. My chicken sandwich was not good at all. Don’t think I’ll be getting this again. They won’t even let me get my money back for a order they messed up that I’m not eating because I’m allergic to pork! NO BACON MEANS NO BACON PLEASE & NO THANK YOU

The food was not what I expected today. I ordered 2 chicken nuggets and fries meals and 2 large drinks. The food tasted like it’s been sitting out in the open for a day. Everything tastes stale! I got about 7 pieces of the nuggets and they were maybe the size of a nickel. I have ordered this in the past and it was nothing like it was today! This place needs to do better!

Was in a hurry and not very hungry so I just got the $5 mvp double cheeseburger combo. Some of the other burgers are fancy and look good but the basic double cheeseburger was large and definitely a better value than the other burger chains at that price. Fries were very good as was the apple pie. Only real complaint would be the drink is very small, but for the price of the combo it is hard to be to upset.

Came to order food with my grandkids from the hotel next door on 1/3/26 but saw the girl manager with Dreads standing outside rolling and smoking weed this was the 2nd time I came and saw her doing that the first time she was rude at the window and I'm a 70 year old man who doesn't respect the disrespect from her the two male managers I met are very friendly and respectful to me and my wife whenever we stop by I believe their names are Jerry and Troy those two guys will make sure u have a good experience every time I see that girl me and my family leaves and the food and service there is good

I was missing 2 chilli dogs when it was supposed to be 4.
The curb damages the side of your car when you turn in. There isn't space to make the turn without sliding off the edge or scraping your car. Intelligent design is missing there.

With the wait time being so long, I thought my food would have been perfect. I had a double fish sandwich with lettuce from last week, barely any tartar sauce Serve with warmed up fries from last night. My drink may have been delicious if it wasn’t watered down with melting ice for the long wait as we were pulled over and told our food will be ready shortly. The garlic honey wings were hitting and on point. It’s no way this food was fresh. But I’ll be back for more wings.

Waited over 5 minutes at the speaker for nobody to come to it. Pulled around and waited behind another vehicle for another 5 minutes. Nobody came to the window the entire time. Watched someone walk up to the same window with a receipt on hand while the car was still waiting. He knocked on window and nobody came over. I had so much time that I googled the place to look at reviews. After seeing the horror reviews I BACKED out of the drive thru so I didn't waste more time.
