Austin is rude! I could easily tell just by the 5 mins. of being inside this location that it’s not worth another visit! I’ll continue to stay away from any of the locations near the university! Too busy, too rushed and a lack of customer service skills! I requested to speak with the actual store manager and the team tried to brush my request under the rug by getting “team leads”! It’s not even worth going back to speak with the actual store manager.

You will be waitng 45 minutes for one chocolate milkshake after 30 minutes of your order saying its ready. That goes for anything on the menu btw

Because the restaurant is always busy and crowded I barely come but when I do the service is always great, I always get all my condiments, order is correct. I just had them a couple days ago and it hit the spot. My issues were that they forgot to put my fries from the 2 combos in the bag so I had to go back luckily I just drove across the road just to get out the way due to the high traffic to check the bag. The other issue I had on this visit and has happened another time before is. If I have to wait on fresh Mac and cheese to complete my order, I expect to have some type of the baked cheese from the top as well but I didn't have any so that was a disappointment because I can understand if that wasn't a fresh pan but it was and I had to wait for it so to not have no cheese (and this is one of my favorite foods Mac and cheese) was a let down a little. Other than that everything was great.

Employees lacked communication skills, and are frequently short tempered towards customers. God forbid you order any of the treats that they have none of. I ordered a chocolate milkshake, cookie, and a brownie, and walked out with vanilla ice cream and a sandwich. Some workers also tend to whisper the orders so no one can hear them.

Normally, it would be five stars. However, whoever figured out what they're trying to do startinh today is going to lose you business. I ordered my food and got a message saying it was ready and the delivery driver is not leave there for another 20 minutes. When I asked him about it he explained what was going on and said that he couldn't even got a parking lot for 15 minutes. I would expect this from McDonald's or even Burger King or even Wendy's. Not Chick-fil-A. You guys need to take some lessons let the delivery drivers find a way to walk up and get it straight or you going to lose a lot of money. Plus why are you doing this now? Just 3 years ago you did renovations. So it'll be interesting because nobody in my office is going to order from there until we see something has changed. You're talking 15-20 people. Unofficial boycott. This is just one office and how many offices are downtown?
Mid Chick fil A. They stop making shakes at a certain time, so if you order one you lose your money. This Chick fil A is not up to Chick fil A standards.
