Because the restaurant is always busy and crowded I barely come but when I do the service is always great, I always get all my condiments, order is correct. I just had them a couple days ago and it hit the spot. My issues were that they forgot to put my fries from the 2 combos in the bag so I had to go back luckily I just drove across the road just to get out the way due to the high traffic to check the bag. The other issue I had on this visit and has happened another time before...
It’s a Chick-fil-aExactly what you have likely come to expect, consistent, with a bit more chaos at peak hours such as ~8am, ~noon, and ~7-8pm, but they are doing as much as possible.
Only issue is they always run out of items and then do not take those items off the menu leaving customers to order them and wait an extraordinary extra amount of time to get it fixed. Let’s fix this
