Start off wasn’t a good morning it was what do you want. I asked for mini meal sweet tea lite ice, there was heavy ice. Spicy chicken biscuit with Chick-fil-A sauce, no sauce but 4 packs of jalapeño salsa and also a regular chicken biscuit not spicy. I also order a plan biscuit but they gave me a chicken biscuit that I paid for when I didn’t want. I didn’t notice all of this until I arrived home 5 minutes down the with cold coffee. The store just opened so I have no clue why the order was wrong and the cashier was rude. I must say this has never happened to me before, but today will just make me drive to a different location.

Firstly, love this place for fast food. They got my order wrong. Gave us 2 spicy grilled chicken cool wrap instead of the regular ones we ordered. Only found out after getting home. This is the first time that this has ever happened and It was not on the order ticket/ receipt. Will definitely double check next time.

Mobile Order Drive Thru:Never have issues with this place, until today at 3:00pm. Had to ask for the cup of ice cream and the cone, the lady asked another lady if I had that on my order and didn’t think twice about checking where she would have maybe noticed she didn’t give me my whole order and a wrong one.**One missing kids meal and one incorrect at $8/meal that’s $16; unacceptable.**Should have checked my bag, but they have never given me a reason to do that.**I’ll update the stars once I get the “I’m sorry that happened” two kids meal credited to my account.

As devoted fans of Chick-fil-A, it pains me to recount the disappointing experience my family and I had today Let me start telling how much we do love Chick Fill-a I visited the Chick-fil-A location on February 10th after placing our order we was informed disappointed with my experience. Despite purchasing multiple items, including 2 kids' meals, I was informed at the drive-thru pick-up area that their ice cream machine was down. They did offer us something else however we want it ice cream. I asked if I could pick the ice cream up another date they said this was ok. Fast forward to today, where I returned with my family for multiple purchases and encountered the manager on duty, a white male with long hair named Corey. Not only was he incompetent at his job, but he also failed to empathize with our situation. He dismissed our concerns by stating that "this is not McDonald’s" and insisted that their ice machine is never down. Furthermore, he seemed to imply that we were lying about the situation and mentioned Chick-fil-A's supposed policy of providing vouchers in such cases. This experience was not just about missing out on ice cream; it's about the principle of accountability and customer service. I will be contacting customer service to ensure that this manager receives the necessary training to improve his terrible demeanor and competence.

Person taking our order was very rude, he took his time talking with the car in front of us which is completely fine but rolled his eyes once he saw us and said very loudly “why do people keep coming in this line, their is 2” with a very bad attitude when the other person kept walking away from the other line so people did not know. Everyone else was very nice, and I don’t leave bad reviews but this was unexpected.

I don’t usually leave reviews at all but today was completely unacceptable and left me disgusted. I ordered my go to a chicken Deluxe with a Hi-c Lemonade, I then ate inside got a refill then left. As I went to take another sip of my Hi-c I thought I was tripping but I felt something hard in my mouth like a piece of wood or something. I figured it was pulp so i pushed it out my mouth and grabbed it with my hand, to then realize what appeared to be a fingernail yes FINGERNAIL now on my finger. I was so in shock and didn’t want to believe it, I had a Hi-C so it was a red tint to it but very much clearly had chipped nail polish on it and looked like it had been bit off of someone’s hand.. i know exactly what it was then. I had to stop in my tracks to ask the person next to me if that was a nail or im tripping. And she had confirmed for me it was in fact a nail that looked freshly bitten off and spit into my drink, but what else can you expect from two notch, cant put anything past anybody especially on twonotch, even if it’s chick fli-A which was supposed to be the last place i’d expect this from.

I normally do not write reviews but I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and ended up getting food poisoning. The customer service wasn’t horrible BUT they were missing things in my bag. Also they came to my car with food and said change your car description but that wasn’t even my food it was someone else with the same name as me.

Ordered a hot sliced chicken market salad and received a salad with half of chicken breast UNSLICED. Spoke with Julio who stated I had to request it to be sliced in which I did with Talia but still got it unsliced. Where does the photo show that the market salad comes unsliced. Make it make sense. They did NOTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT!! Terrible Service!
