I was trying to place a huge order through the APP but reached the max. I called and spoke to Jonathan who took my order and solved the problem and pushed my app order through so it could all be picked up together! Thanks to Toni-Marie and Sequoia for helping me with my order and getting it to the car! Shout out to you all! Thank you.

Disgusting selection of management! It is a tall male who name I didn’t get, but appears to be either a leader, or manager! He has sort of an accent to be more specific. He is very rude! More than rude!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A. I placed a mobile order at 9:45 AM and arrived on time, expecting things to run smoothly. Instead, I sat in the drive-thru with no communication from any associate. I waited patiently because it looked busy, but after 40 minutes, I finally asked someone about my order at 10:25 AM.
At that point, I was told they couldn’t help me because my order was for breakfast and they were no longer serving breakfast — even though my order was placed well before cutoff. I was then told I could get back in line and order from the lunch menu and wait all over again.
This was incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of my time. Mobile ordering is supposed to make things easier, not harder. Very disappointing service.

Absolutely disgusting wait times for mid day service. Hire more, move more. This shouldn’t be an issue. Know your volume and clientele and deliver; a line around the block is astounding while I sit and watch the General Manager play on his computer outside. Get real.

Slowest chicflia I've ever been too. I can place a mobile order 30 mins ahead of time and still have to wait both inside and the drive thru.
I don’t know how this chick fil a has so many good reviews 😭 the food is fine, but the last 4 visits in a ROW there has at least been one thing wrong with my order. Often times 2. Fried nuggets when i asked for grilled, missing food entirely (and it’s never just one item, always multiple) wrong drink, or someone else’s food. The only time my order is correct is if i only get dessert. 🤦♀️ if you can, go to a different location, or at least make sure you check your bag.

I would like a manger to reach out to me. I got the notification that my order was ready for pickup and this young lady with the braids was giving out orders and I said “excuse me 2 times” she looked at me and walked off both times. I had to get a person who was taking orders attention just to get my food and even then she was side eyeing me

AVOID THIS LOCATION… The workers here are very unprofessional. If you can avoid this location I’d highly recommend going to a different Chick-Fil-A that has a better grip on managing their staff…

Ordered a meal for my daughter after she came off of a 13+ hour shift at the hospital. Specified that she has a gluten allergy and ordered a sandwich with a gluten free bun. She opened her order at home and she had a regular bun. Tried to call to get this corrected and their phone goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Stay away from this establishment and go to one of the local restaurants in the area where they care about their customers.

Placed a mobile order for 3 drinks. Sat in the drive thru for more that 15 minutes waiting for my order. Finally get my order. Get home and my drink is incorrect. Extremely frustrating.
