I’ve been coming here a lot and most times I genuinely have zero complaints. With the new seasonal items dropping today, I ordered both a new sandwich with one of the new lemonades. It tasted great but I quickly lost my appetite about half way through my LARGE drink when I noticed a gnat floating at the surface of my pineapple dragon fruit lemonade 😍

Save yourself the headache. Line was extremely long, which isn’t a bad thing at most chikfilas because they will still get you through…not here. Even mobile ordering you will be waiting, this place is extremely busy and they don’t seem to have the staff to accommodate. I was just stopping in town to visit family and this was the absolute worst decision to stop here after a long drive

After having a neglectful, painful experience at urgent care, Miss Selena in the drive thru tonight was admirably personable and kind to me— so much that when I got home, I actually cried tears of joy for such a refreshing display of humanity. It really does not cost anything to be nice and empathetic because at the end of the day you have no idea what someone is going through and that we’re all just trying our best in this world. I work in service industry just down the block from this location, and it is people like Selena that remind me to keep a smile on my face and infect others with good karma. I hope she is properly recognized and can get a raise 🫶🏼🤞🏼.

This is a bad Chick-fil-A location they need to fix things ASAP I never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A ever went through the drive-from work Tired and hungry came home pulled out my food. My fries are stale ice cold tasted horrible My chicken sandwich taste sour Spit the food out my mouth called the location, at least 10 times before someone picked up the phone and they tried to explain that we Don’t allow the fries to sit longer than five minutes And the vent must be running high for the fan that don’t bring that type of taste on stay away from this location

Today, my friends and I were in the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A when all of a sudden, my car's engine gave out. They were having a very difficult time with moving my car and then a very kind Team member came, gave us our order, and then helped them with moving my car out of the drive thru. Needless to say, this Chick-fil-A has EXCELLENT customer service! I was very impressed!
This place is a joke. Go there for a DoorDash and they told me we are still working on it and then 25 minutes go by and then just to tell you the order has been stolen. Like you had me wait 25 minutes knowing the order was stolen. Get better managers and crew please.

The drive thru at this location is horrendous. We waited in line for almost 30 minutes stuck behind cars who had not received their order yet. It was a nightmare. Don’t go there until they fix that drive thru.

I've gone to this location a lot, almost always with mobile drive thru orders. They get it right a lot of the time, but recently two different orders were missing fries. On top of that, I tried to call the restaurant about it after, and they didn't answer at all. I tried 2 more times, but still no answer. Double check your bag when you order, especially with bigger orders!
