Timeliness is a serious problem at this location. I am currently sitting in the mobile drive thru because I finally remembered I’d save time this way — except this line isn’t moving and the new arrivals in the left lane are getting served faster and flying through their line. Awful customer experience every time.

I placed a mobile order but encountered issues during pickup, as the restaurant required me to join the drive-thru queue. Upon reaching the window, I was asked to pull forward due to difficulties locating my order. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring challenge at this location.

The drive thru team member Jaden was very polite, very professional & very patient with me as I redeemed my gift cards. His service was superb !!Now The bad news is my fries were not hot & I didn't get any sauce with my wrap !! :(
Check your order BEFORE you drive away! Items missing from my order has happened several times at this drive through. Sometimes sadly I don't go back because of the long lines and stress, but today I had to do a u turn and go back for a missed item - and to make it a little more annoying, they acted like "it's all good".You had one job!Parking: Parking is a real issue if you're having to go back because the drive through left out some items from your order and sent you on your way.
