I ordered a spicy deluxe. I received an abomination of a sandwich, a grilled chicken sandwich. Meant not for I, but for Ms. CHICK! My beverage. Oh the horror. My beverage, consisted of only seltzer. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS DISHONORABLE SERVICE DONE UNTO ME. Thank you.

I came to this Chick-fil-A a few days after it opened, and it was fine. I like how they didn’t completely modernize the concept like other fast food restaurants have done, and kept a modicum of the restaurant’s original personality. I also liked how they included a jungle gym for kids to play in, which gave me a nice shot of nostalgia for my younger years (it always makes me sad to see fast food restaurants without a play space for the kids, as that’s where some of my greatest childhood memories took place.) I also loved the beautiful Christmas tree that was standing in the lobby - it was decorated, placed, and set up perfectly to look as elegant as possible in a fast food restaurant.
As for my dining experience, I’d say it was subpar for Chick-fil-A’s usual standards. My chicken nuggets were pretty soggy, and the condiment section wasn’t organized particularly well. I will say that the girl who took my order was very friendly, and they got me through a long line pretty quickly.
Overall, it was a solid Chick-fil-A, but there’s a few details that need to be ironed out. I’ll probably be back to try it again however.
