Disgusting and inedible chicken nuggets. I'm not sure what happened to the chicken but I think I'm done with chick-fil-a. Half of my nuggets were like this. It's too expensive for the quality of food they're producing. Also this is definitely the worst location in Columbia.

I normally take my kid thru the drive thru and it's always a quick and that means a lot they run a smooth operation there that gets you in and out with your order, plus there you'll experience kindness and great customer service..
My daughter suffers from a chronic illness, I took my lunch break drove access town to get her two soups; large. When I arrived to my daughter and stepped out of my vehicle the entire order fell from the bottom of the bag. I got burned, my shoes, shirt, pants and vehicle was ruined. I placed a cold compress on my leg, attempted to wipe down my garments and car interior. Then I called the ChicFilA on Busch River Road where I made the purchase while returning to work. The representative did not care nor expressed any type of concern. She was very sarcastically saying, “It’s my pleasure.” I had to care for my daughter immediately after work. When I return to that side of town, I would like to speak with someone that is professional with an expeditious successful solution.
Very disappointed they you can no longer remove things from the fruit cups. Used to be my favorite healthy option with grilled nuggets. Please bring back the option to make special fruit
