This is the most inefficient chic fil a I’ve ever seen. Two lines but one is used only for mobile orders so you can imagine the line backing up. Additionally, the workers outside are just standing around because the line is so long. They have to wait for it to move before they can take more orders. Congratulations Chick-fil-A! this is the first inefficient franchise I’ve ever seen!

I decided to give this location another chance (several actually) against my better judgment!! AVOID this location @ ALL cost!!! This location is SLOW AF!! It doesn’t matter IF you go through the drive thru, mobile ordering, counter pickup OR dine in…you’ll be WAITING for a long while!! This location is the absolute WORSE one here in Columbia, SC!! When I say SLOW I mean this location is McDonald’s SLOW which says A LOT!! It should NOT take 20-30 mins to get a mobile or pickup order!! This location is close to my work but I’ll NO longer be ordering from this location due to the LONG AF wait times & MOST importantly the QUALITY of the food!! 1 more thing to KEEP in mind this Chick-Fil-A location is the ONLY one that does NOT have 2 deep fryers so you can’t get your waffle fries W/OUT SALT 🧂…WTF!!!!

If I’m ordering an egg white grill, why would you ring it in as a biscuit and not an English muffin like the actual picture on your menu? Also, don’t go here if you’re in a hurry.

Chick-fil-A always has it together when it comes to customer service and getting your order right! They even gave us the cup of ice we asked for at the drive through. Keep up the great work guys 👍🏻🥰

Probably the worst location in the chain. It was completely rebuilt but traffic flow must not have been high on the priority list. The mobile line is difficult to see unless you know where it is and forget about it being faster. Multiple occasions I've watched people coming through the regular drive thru order after me and still get their food first. Kinda defeats the point of the mobile line if you're just going to serve in any random order. Really disappointing.
