Stopped here around 7am because it was convenietly off the highway during an 8 hour road trip. I have a severe gluten allergy and specifically went to chick fil a because they have gluten free buns. I asked if they had them. The kid taking my order looked at me like i had 3 heads and said yes. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a gluten free bun, to which he said okay. Shortly after that he told me that it is a game day, so they are not allowing for customizations. It was as if he decided this after I had ordered. I explained that this was for allergy and he rolled his eyes and said he would go ask but his attitude made me feel like it would get spit in, so i said nevermind. So they have it… it costs extra money… but they cant accommodate an allergy because there is a football game happening on the opposite side of town, several hours later??? We were not even near the university. This was a genuinely ridiculous experience.

When I went there for my birthday well know it just happened to be my birthday on that day it was a really good experience I believe we've been joked around a little bit and the space was clean and it was pretty peaceful so 10/10

I am writing to express my profound displeasure regarding the customer service I received during a recent visit to the Chick-fil-A on Forest Drive.

I accidentally entered the Mobile App Drive-Thru lane, as there was no clear or highly visible signage distinguishing it from the regular ordering lane.
When I rolled down my window to explain the mistake and simply ask if I could place my order with the employee currently serving me, I was met with unhelpful resistance. The young woman consulted her colleague, and I was told I would have to drive back around the entire restaurant to get into the correct line.

This response demonstrated a significant failure in basic customer service. Instead of offering a quick and convenient solution to a minor misunderstanding caused by unclear signage, the employees chose to strictly adhere to a process that inconvenienced the customer.

If I did not already have the Chick-fil-A app, I would have simply left and you would have lost a customer on the spot. I strongly believe this situation could have been handled with better judgment and a customer-focused approach.

Wow. Horrible service. Went in drive through line at 10 am for breakfast. Waiting over 20 minutes...hear them telling the car in front of me they were out of biscuits finally was not a d got my two chicken biscuits which were over fried , cold and the hash rounds also cold. The store over on Garners ferry is just as bad long waits crappy quality. I used to enjoy the opposite. Done with Chick Filet. Never going back

November 18th 2025 maybe 1-2:00 was in line helping a hungry customer who came in just asking for fries it’s horrible for way the manager yelling at him telling him to leave when clearly the dude needed help never asked no one for money all he said he wanted was fries chic fila needs better management on how to talk to people that’s needs help where was the attitude of my pleasure the cashier were great with helping us but the manager in the green shirt is horrible can’t wait till the tables turn on him and he’s the one he needs help he doesn’t need that title you don’t been rude to people in need he doesn’t need that job at all the …

This has got to be one of the slowest chick Fil a restaurants I’ve ever experienced. You’d think because they are right outside of base that they’d be quick, but they are super slow. Chick Fil A is known for how fast they get the food out, but not this one. Even when you do mobile thru they’re still slow. You guys need to work on speed!
