I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that messes up an order so bad it has you questioning if you said something wrong. The people taking orders at the drive-thru can’t hear a thing, and by the time you get to the window, everything is completely off. Like how did we even get here??

I ordered mobile App. It took 30 minutes to get my food. I only ordered 2 of 4ct chicken minis, and the line barely moved. The regular drive thru moved faster. I haven't been here for awhile due to rude service last time. McDonald's has better service. I won't be coming back to Garners ferry road Chick-fil-A.

It’s the worst Chick-fil-A in North America. I came in to order my food. They got my order wrong. I couldn’t open up the app on my phone to scan my barcode for my rewards. No one behind the counter knew how to add my phone number to my profile so I can receive my rewards. I told me to just use my receipt, but if I don’t have the app on my phone, there’s no way to upload the receipt. Doesn’t make sense. We ordered a milkshake. They forgot to give us the milkshake I ordered the soup. They didn’t bring any crackers as we sat down. It was 845 in one of the young ladies came by the table and told us that we didn’t have to rush, but they were closing the lobby at nine but there’s no rush to leave so in other words they want us to leave in five minutes later two more parties came in to dine in and she didn’t bother to walk over to their tables to tell them to leave, which was very odd while we were singled out needless to say I didn’t want to stay long because there were gnats all over the restaurant, and we were bombarded by them and our table . I’ve been to this restaurant location for in the past and had an underwhelming experience then I see nothing else changed next time. I’ll just stop at a different restaurant.

Very Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience.
I visited the Chick-fil-A on Garners Ferry Road and had an extremely frustrating experience. I placed my order at 10:21 AM and was still sitting in the drive-thru at 10:47 AM—with no food in sight.
There was a serious lack of clarity and communication from the staff. No updates, no apologies, just confusion and delay. Chick-fil-A is usually known for great service, but this location fell way short.
If you’re expecting quick service and the usual friendly efficiency, you might want to think twice before stopping here.

I do not like drive through windows. They waste gas for one thing. If one does not check his or her order at the window, it will not be known if the order is correct until the order is opened later. If everyone stopped to check his order, the wait would be intolerable.
We prefer to go inside. But it is a bit tricky dodging all the cars. This seems to be true of all Chick Fillet locations.
My wife and I enjoy the food and the service is excellent. There are always enough employees to make sure there is not a long wait in line. We would go more often if it weren’t for the drive through traffic.

See photos. I placed my mobile order at 9:08p. I had to flag down a team member at 9:30p because I had not received my order. Manager on duty comes to fix the situation and had to take a picture of my phone to confirm the order. Over 30 minutes later and I still don't have my order. Ridiculous. Countless vehicles getting their orders. I am holding up the mobile order line because I have no food. I guess if you want quicker service, you can order straight from the regular which defeats the purpose of the app. But thanks for the cookies I didn't order, I guess.
