Was sitting in the second lane for drive-through for breakfast and the drive-through person didn't want to walk back to take orders so I missed out on breakfast what I got to her. She was more lazier than the first lane person because three cars was in front of me because she didn't want to walk back to take my order. This has not happened the first time second time but this is my third time I would no longer return. 12/20/2025 Also, the person behind me in the Hyundai SUV didn't order as well. You lose a customers because your people don't want to walk and take orders.

This store is well run but it is so popular during rush eating hours especially on weekends that they make mistakes or don't give minor items like sauces or dressing. Check your orders no matter how large! The food is very good though so that is my only issue. Give then a try, you will enjoy it.

Absolutely disappointed. The trash cans were overflowing everywhere, the place looked completely neglected. I had to wait forever just to get one simple meal, and the employees were not friendly at all. What happened to the perfect Chick-fil-A experience everyone knows? This location seriously needs better management and customer service. Not coming back.

I go to the Garners Ferry location almost daily for a quick breakfast. Service is always fast even with a long line, the employees are polite, and the food is fresh and hot. One thing, Vhick fil a needs to bring back the large coffees and cole slaw!
The slowest Chick fil a . I have ever been too ! It is 7:14 Am ! I did an order mobile thru and I’m still sitting here the drive thru line is going faster than the mobile orders . What’s the point of doing mobile thru .

As always, Chick-fil-A was great. The cashier was friendly and smiling. The food was hot and delicious when delivered to our table by a friendly young man.
I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that messes up an order so bad it has you questioning if you said something wrong. The people taking orders at the drive-thru can’t hear a thing, and by the time you get to the window, everything is completely off. Like how did we even get here?? Get them teens out the store !
