Absolutely ridiculous. I only came here because Chick-fil-A is usually fast with workers coming to your car taking orders. Not at this location. I pulled in and got stuck in the drive-thru for damn near 30 minutes just to order food. No workers outside, no communication, nothing. Just a long line crawling forward. To make it worse, y’all had cones up so once you’re in, you’re trapped — couldn’t even leave if you wanted to. That’s shady. If I knew I was gonna be sitting there that long, I wouldn’t have come at all. Every other Chick-fil-A manages to move people through quickly, so what’s the excuse here? Changing policies without warning and forcing customers to sit in line wasting time is not it. Complete waste of time and gas. Do better or at least be honest about the wait.

It’s always a great visit at Chick Fil A but this one was top tier!
When I came in two corporate Chick Fil A men were heading out , and one opened the door for me . When I walked up , the cashier immediately said “Are you picking up or Placing an Order” , immediately ready to service me! She let me know she would take my order as soon as I was ready.
Dave placed my order. He was knowledgeable about the Tortilla Soup I asked about.
Food was DELICIOUS! I got the 12 ct nugget and decided to give to soup a try for the first time. Wonderful choice. Absolutely delicious! Just perfect. Love the hint of spice ! Just enough!
Lastly, Marie came around and made sure my meal was tasty and took my tray when I was done eating.
I was in the mall and almost went to the CFA there but opted out . Glad I did. I love this location.
