I thought the purpose of mobile ordering was so you did not have to wait as long than the regular drive-thru. How is it that this is opposite?

CAUTION This Chick-fil-A location has a terrible drive thru and parking design. Location was built on too small of a lot causing the drive thru lanes to zipper together with large curbs and no room for turning leading to damaged rims. Middle lane has a straight shot so if you choose this location pick that lane. Witnessed 5 customers curb their wheels during my visit.

The newly redone drive thru set up was a little confusing at first, since it’s a slight break from how it was before but everything is clearly marked so you can navigate with ease. Food was a good as always and staff was friendly!

We ordered 8 nuggets in drive through and only got 5. We had already driven away. There is no easy way to call or reach out, so we just had to take the loss. Very frustrating.
Take almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich.
