Outstanding Service Thanks to Astrid!
Our visit to Chick-fil-A was absolutely amazing, and Astrid truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we were greeted, she was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to make sure our order was correct, answered questions with a smile, and made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.
The food was fresh, hot, and prepared perfectly exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A but Astrid’s customer service took it to another level. She checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and did it all with a positive attitude that made the visit memorable.
It’s rare to come across service that feels so sincere and caring. Astrid is a true asset to the team, and because of her, this was more than just a quick meal it was a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Drive thru is exceptionally slow, no matter what you get it will reliably take 30 minutes. Need to order ahead on the app.

I went to Bojangles first stood right at the register for 10 min only one in line didn't get service. Then I came to chick filet boom food services with a smile instantly

Service is just going down hill. They don’t even fill the fries up anymore ordered a large fry and a lemonade today they gave me a large cup of fry crumbs…. it’s ridiculous

Slowest Chick-fil-A line I’ve ever waited in and of course to top off the 35 min wait in the drive thru they forgot all of my sauces. There needs to be a better method for those who make a mobile order at this location.

I frequent this location and I always do mobile orders. Today my order not only was wrong but my side item was cold and tasted like it had been sitting in grease too long. I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit, a regular chicken biscuit and hashbrowns. I received two regular chicken biscuits and a cold hash brown . I am disappointed in my visit.

We place a mobile order (almost) every Saturday for our family. For the past 3 weeks, each order was missing an item. Unfortunately, we dont notice it until we get home. When I try to call them, the phone just rings, and the voice mailbox is full, so I can't leave a message. At this point, it's become annoying and frustrating to have to go through this with my past few orders. The attention to good quality service is as terrible as the others. This is not what I'm used to or expect from CFA! Please do better.
