Slowest Chick-fil-A line I’ve ever waited in and of course to top off the 35 min wait in the drive thru they forgot all of my sauces. There needs to be a better method for those who make a mobile order at this location.

I frequent this location and I always do mobile orders. Today my order not only was wrong but my side item was cold and tasted like it had been sitting in grease too long. I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit, a regular chicken biscuit and hashbrowns. I received two regular chicken biscuits and a cold hash brown . I am disappointed in my visit.

We place a mobile order (almost) every Saturday for our family. For the past 3 weeks, each order was missing an item. Unfortunately, we dont notice it until we get home. When I try to call them, the phone just rings, and the voice mailbox is full, so I can't leave a message. At this point, it's become annoying and frustrating to have to go through this with my past few orders. The attention to good quality service is as terrible as the others. This is not what I'm used to or expect from CFA! Please do better.

Went before they closed today at 4pm with a mobile order. It was taking forever to get the food. So they were really nice and gave everyone a card for a free meal. I continued to wait and everyone was getting their food….I was the last one. At this point, it’s 40 mins after the app said my food was done. A worker then came to verify my order, which she did. The kitchen apparently lost my order, and had no more food. Meanwhile, no further accommodations for the further inconvenience. I guess I was lucky to get my refund.

Specifically came to this location because it has a play place for our kids. The got rid of it. Disappointed.
