Food is fantastic. Have ordered probably 4 times in the last week. Every single time it's missing items. You're batting 1000 for screwing up orders. Reviews and customers will be happier if you can figure out how to package everything people order the first time.

I really hope you didn’t fire the GM over your mystery shoppers mistake? Her review of the store was wrong and SHES GOING VIRAL ON TIKTOK for being wrong. The GM did NOTHING WRONG! But the mystery shopper “Kayla Laughs Out Loud” on TikTok is literally laughing saying sorry not sorry for getting her fired. She said the GM called her “sir” and she did not. They were busy training a new employee and the GM came from the bathroom I assume since she was washing her hands, and came out to help. If you fired her you need to fix it and rehire her!!!! Also, did you know that Kayla makes videos of her experiences and how exploits the workers on TikTok? I would never hire Kayla to do any mystery shopping as she has laughed multiple times about getting people fired.

I stopped by the Chicken Salad Chick at the Harbison location and ordered the cranberry/almond chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The croissant was soft and buttery, and the broccoli salad had just the right crunch and tang.
What really impressed me was the staff’s professionalism. The register went down while I was waiting to pay, and even after trying to resolve the issue for 10 minutes, it still wasn’t working. Without hesitation, they offered my meal for free and sincerely apologized for the wait. I left with great food and an even greater appreciation for their customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. Healthier than a burger, tasty, and at a good price. I particularly enjoy the southern mix, though I’ve tried others and they are all good so far. Friendly staff and great service. The atmosphere is fine. The place is clean and comfortable.

My review is more for the customer service not the food. I got my food to-go. I checked my bag before I left the restaurant and noticed I didn’t have plastic utensils. I asked the cashier who took my order for utensils and she said “I put one in your bag” I told her there was no utensils in my bag. I doubled check. Another employee over heard the conversation and stated she can get me one. The cashier stated with a bad attitude “I already gave her one”. The cashier had brownish blonde hair, not sure of her name. I didn’t know it would be such an issue to request utensils.
