I must say the dining staff is very professional and respectful. I placed an order for a burger it was delivered medium rare. I advised the waitress I wanted my burger well done. The cook was super slack he put the burger back on the grill. I will not be dining at chills anytime soon that just left a bad taste in my mouth. If I’m paying for my food please don’t cheat me or put me at risk to get sick.

Came down to the Chili’s tonight was a blast chill chill nothing but the family for family time. It reminds me of that thing you hear Kurt Vona say when times are tough grab a pizza go to the Chili’s thanks for the chilies.

My husband, daughter and I went last Friday. The food has gone ALL the way down. I ordered the steak, baked potato and broccoli. The plate came out with grease smeared all over like they just threw the steak on it. I ordered my steak medium well, it was damn near well down, and extremely dry with zero seasoning. And the broccoli was burnt and had maybe 3 florets and the rest was crumbles. They literally microwaved it and dumbed it on the plate. I sent it back.
My husband ordered an old fashioned and it had to be sent back bc they made it with grapefruit juice.
I ordered the seasonal drink and it was really good. Service was EXTREMELY slow at first as waitresses literally just walked passed looking at me.
I'm not sure if there's a new manager or what but if they don't get it together this restaurant is headed toward closing. The staff spends more time talking and playing than helping the customers. This restaurant was so good when it opened back up after COVID. The steaks were really good and seasoned. I'm not sure what happened but they need a serious staff meeting. Also remodel the nasty bathrooms. They are ridiculously smelly.

We ordered takeout, so can only comment on food and takeout service. I had a Mushroom-Swiss burger. The burger was cooked to a perfect medium temp and was very flavorful. The roll was also very good. The problem came in the construction of the final product. The mayo, very little shredded lettuce, and one very tiny slice of tomato were off to the side of the bottom bun. The burger was then placed perfectly centered on the bottom bun with the Swiss cheese nicely melted evenly across the surface. The mushrooms were then piled over to the side of the burger with the top bun smashed down at a 30degree angle only covering 1/3 of the burger and mashing the shrooms down along the side of the burger into the French fries. My wife had the fried chicken sandwich. She reported it was very flavorful and she really enjoyed the seasoning and overall taste of the sandwich. She did say that the chicken seemed very greasy and that greasy taste combined with the fries was just too much and she wished she had ordered the grilled chicken instead. The service for take-out was pretty quick. I have to assume it was ready when promised, because it took quite awhile to get someone to respond to me being there. When someone did acknowledge my presence it took a few minutes to find my order. When we opened our order we found they neglected to include the most basic items normally packaged with a take-out order, such as a couple napkins, and utensils. Overall, the food had good taste, and the service was pretty good. When you order take-out you have to remember to request the utensils and condiments you will need.

Dude Robert took care of us at the bar. He was friendly, professional, respectful and straight up when we couldn’t get the game at the bar let us know what TV we could catch it on. Place was busy so all things considered the food came fast and was decent. Passing thru and its standard corporate chain service and standard fare but the staff made it seem better than average quality.
