This location has pretty good food. The 2 times that I have been here, it was packed. The parking lot is pretty big. There wasn't anywhere to sit, and people were standing everywhere. The server was ok. Both times that I was there, I had a per-teen or teenager helping me. He was a little mouthy with me when I asked him not to open my food container and that I trusted them, "I guess opening it is a thing there," and he stated "maybe you do, maybe you don't trust us." Then proceed to ramble on. I blocked him out because he's a child. So hence the 3-🌟.

I've always went here for years! For the past couple months! I just wasn't feeling the foods, I would get food, eat a little bit and put it up for later just to throw it away because it was not good! The price and quality of food isn't right anymore! I literally stop going to them and drive 16 minutes to china palace on beltline by midlands tech because they have good quality for a lower prices. However this time I didn't feel like driving there so I gave china garden another try and I think I made my mind up and I'm just not going back! I love the atmosphere but I can't waste my money on the food anymore it's just not good!

Today was our first time ordering from here and we were really excited however, our Szechuan Chicken & Shrimp dinner was very sweet, too sweet, and not spicy at all the way szechuan would normally be. We didn't care for our food; I DON"T want to taste anything sweet when eating Chinese food!. Perhaps they accidentally added sugar instead of a bit of salt? We are willing to try something else next time , but if this is their standard flavoring of szechuan then we will find another place to get that dish. Portions were large, price was fair.

I just left this restaurant because I've been hearing good reviews but I ordered the small beef lomein & I don't want to complain but it was so dry Im kind of disappointed because I waste money, i mean no sauce or juices in the lomein then my noodles were sticking together, they do open the box for you to see & it looked good but thinking the juices were going to be at the bottom like any other lomein I order from other restaurants it was nothing just dry, I couldn't even enjoy it but this just was not it but I can say everyone were nice but I am very disappointed
It wont allow me to respond back to your response but to answer that why would anyone want dry sticky noodles?? & How am I supposed to know u have to ask for sauce when I've been to several Chinese restaurants of course everyone cooks different but never had noodles with no sauce & that were dry & mushy!! Its ok everybody just don't make good lomein I'm just disappointed I waste money!!

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant’s customer service. Their new policy is completely unreasonable: once you take your food out of the building, they refuse to correct your order, even if the mistake is theirs. They openly admit they won’t issue refunds or remake the food if it’s wrong. It’s shocking that a restaurant would place all the responsibility on the customer like this. I would not recommend eating here.

No rating for atmosphere, since I just got a pickup order. I was so impressed by the food and service here! The woman who served me checked my order item by item against the receipt, opening each box to show me and asking if everything was correct. The portions are huge, and the food was SO GOOD. I’ve never had wonton soup that was so stuffed — the container was packed from bottom to top with like 5 wontons, a bunch of green onions, and other toppings! Every other wonton soup I’ve ever gotten has just been like 2-3 wontons and a couple of green onion slices. I will absolutely be coming back and tipping generously.
