Ordered here12/5/25… paid 4.99+4 for a 2 mile delivery that I had to go and get myself from downstairs. Asked for ranch didn’t get it. No napkins.. $36.. ( chik fil a would’ve been absolutely fine with me) House fried rice is a joke.. 3 shrimp… loaded with mushrooms to make it look like beef.. chicken wings are nasty! Owners are kinda rude. I don’t eat Chinese food but my husband insisted on it. I explained to him why I don’t give my money to them.. they are masters of ripping off people. That’s how they become wealthy.. they load food up with MSG.. and serve us what they won’t even eat! I’m made I even let him talk me into it. I haven’t eaten it in over 6 years… and I think I’ve changed as well.

I’ve known China Wing Basket since I was a teenager, back when they were farther down North Main. The food has always been delicious, and even now it tastes just like I remember.
But the customer service has gone downhill over the years. My biggest issue is that they never give enough sauce or condiments, even when I ask for extra. I would gladly pay for more if that’s what it takes—but it still never seems to happen. And every time something is wrong with my order, it just gets frustrating.
I’m really in a dilemma, because the food is good, but the service is consistently disappointing. I keep telling myself I’m going to stop eating here… and then somehow, I find myself coming right back.

I don’t understand why they send their drivers out with no change you asked how I’m paying then I tell you cash and your driver gets here and don’t have any change at all I was forced basically to leave a 9$ tip unacceptable. I was going to tip but definitely not 9$ when I just spent 31$ on an order .
I ordered 7 wings & shrimp fried rice & 7 wings & chicken fried rice. The shrimp fried rice didn't have no shrimp in it and they only gave me 4 wings. The other order didn't have no chicken in the rice & only given 4 wings. Terrible.
