I had a nice visit. I got my order more or less how I wanted it. The gentlemen on the serving line were nice and accommodating. I got a burrito but because I was traveling, I wanted the tortilla separately. The food was good. To be honest I was a little nervous because I read the reviews for this location beforehand, but was pleasantly surprised with my visit.

I went here at my daughterās request. I wonāt ever be back. While she was pleased with her burrito, my lunch was terrible. I ordered salad with steak. The āsteakā was some tough, low grade of meat with wads of fat on it. I asked for āsomeā black beans & the guy slopped about a cup on the salad. I made the mistake of saying āa little sour creamā and got about a whole grocery store containerās worth dumped on. A giant handful of cheese completes the drowning of my salad. They only had one type of dressing which was some sweet vinaigrette which doesnāt match their whole flavor profile & no black olives in the whole place. No selection of hot sauces or salsas. Total disappointment and utter waste of money. Never again.
The worst chipotle in the area. The manager doesnāt care about customers. Iāve watched him multiple times just go to the back while thereās no other employees up front and choose to ignore customers therefore all other employees ignore customers also. Iām surprised they have an A rating because their lobby is filthy every time. They stop cooking food by 6pm so people donāt order anything and leave.
Please go to any other location, youāll be happy you did.

Workers are beyond rude and what frustrates me is no matter the hour of the day they never have vinaigrette, i donāt know if they are too lazy or what but ill come in 2 hours after opening and yet they still wonāt have any, management is poor and needs to do a better job hiring staff, always running out of certain ingredients and quite frankly causes this restraunt to loose a lot of business, the amount of times Iāve came in and they are out of things and numbers of people just walk right out
