Ordered through Uber eats. Burrito bowel was missing 3 requested items.. no utensils provided. Just felt like it was a lazy job... I get it it's Chipotle, but it's a 1 star delivery. Quality so low these days.

It was very busy so I believe it's normally clean. It was my 1st time at any Chipotle, and the bowl I got was really good. Please don't change the quantity or the food. These ratings can always change. Good bowl, thanks ?

This location consistently has issues and has for more than two years. On the most recent visit, I ordered online and was given a bowl completely different from what I ordered. They were nice this time and remade it pretty quickly. However, the rice was crunchy.

Terrible. They always mess up my order. They just fail to give parts of your order. They will also charge you for things you don't get and try to hide it. They did noy put guacamole on my burrito bowl and put a ton of lettuce on top yo hide it. I'm calling corporate on this restaurant. They should be embarrassed of this particular restaurant.

The lady with the white headband and black cover on her head fully yelled at me cause she couldn’t hear me. No need to yell just cause YOU can’t hear me. Not only that but she was so rude and passive aggressive… I used to work for Chip and not once did I find the need to yell at a customer EVER. You’re yelling getting paid $13 an hour… grow up some of us also just got done working a shift… be more considerate.

Please don’t wait till you finish making 5 orders to put to go bags out. I order online so I can come at pickup time, get my food & leave. Pretty sure my food sat for 10 minutes out of view while the to go guy finished making other people’s orders & then he sits 6 to go orders out at once. Just take the 2 seconds to sit them out as they’re done. First time issue hence still the 5 star rating but can’t afford to be late back to work again. Other than that food is always great

This particular Chipotle store constantly has some kind of problem. Today was my second visit where they told me they don't have change for cash paying customers. They didn't tell me until after they had taken by cash and rang out the till. So they couldn't give me the change due. And they didn't round up the next dollar either. They kept my change and I was out of luck. Since this is the second time it's happened to me, I suspect it's happening to a lot of customers and this Chipotle is making some extra cash at the expense of it's customers. Second problem - they are regularly out of vinaigrette dressing. And if you order a salad, you are SOL because they don't tell you this until you get to the check out. I've never had these issues at other Chipotles.

the chips were soggy and cold. couldn’t even eat them with how soft and cold they were. I ordered online pick up and still some how they mess up my order and didn’t include items that i wanted. I ordered extra carne asada and mfs put 5 pieces of meat in there. Other chipotle’s locations be fine but what is wrong with this
