To be quite honest, I had a disappointing experience with a team member. I asked the team member nicely to please change their gloves because I had a gluten allergy. He proceeded to say that essentially it was stupid for him to do that. He said it was “pointless” for him to change his gloves. I am very disappointed that I wasn’t taken seriously. I won’t be coming back unfortunately.

I ate in and the dining area and it was dirty. The staff were not getting a long in front of the customers which resulted in a really long wait. This was my second experience with them so I will not br returning.

I previously made a pickup order through the app and when I went to get it it was not made. They said the computers shut off automatically near closing so they didn't see my order. Well my order was placed at 10:36 and they closed at 11. I have ordered food closer to closing than that at other locations with no problems. All the while the manager made no effort to help and even went to the back and cleaned when I asked for instructions on getting a refund.

I have been here multiple times and everytime I’m here it is a bad experience. The lines are always long and the staff is unfriendly. I had an online order today and they put peppers in my burrito and there was no steak and my order clearly called for no veggies and steak. They asked us if we wanted them to remake it and we said yes (why wouldn’t I) and they had such an attitude about it. Hello!!!! You messed it up. I also wanted to mention the kitchen was disgusting, there were no napkins available to take and all the trash was full. Do better Chipotle!

Was so excited to get some chipotle and they had no rice at all. Worst part is they had rice that they were using for DoorDash/Uber eats orders but would not use it for anyone in the store. (Rice is used for every single item) I am tired of them constantly being out of key ingredients

Just go to another location. I’ve been 4 times in the last two months, every time has been the same. It’s taken 25-30 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready to get my food, I usually get the extra protein option which costs more and they straight up don’t do it, they won’t use their take out shelf so you can take your food- they make you wait for one of them to be available and ask for the food. Seriously the one of forest dr. Isn’t much further and you will be out so much faster. This isn’t even including that 2/4 visits they completely messed up my food and I got stuff I was intolerant to which made me sick. Reached out via the website and never heard anything

This is the second time in ten days where I’ve driven to get dinner around 7pm and been told “we’re out of lettuce and cheese”. No signs posted, you have to wait until you are ready to order to be told “card only”. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They close at 11pm and are fully staffed but most are slacking off talking and using their cell phones. If you are “out” of core ingredients 4 hours before close, I should get my burrito for free. Workers are bottom of the bucket, manager/owner needs to overhaul this place. 1/5 stars

Didn’t have steak prepared so I chose chicken. Bad choice. Chicken was overcooked, tough. Tables are always dirty. The staff is very nice and polite, there’s just obviously 2 out of 4 workers trying their best to not to do their job or do it well. At least they can cook rice correctly
