Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place had no lettuce, no corn, no vinaigrette, no guacamole at 9pm on a Thursday?? The steak was awful it was rubbery and fatty let’s just say you could not chew it. The rice had no cilantro no flavor and was overcooked!! Don’t waster your money this location is trash!! The cashier was on the phone and no one pays attention to the customers unless they are DoorDash/uber eats!! Go to MOEs down the street or the chipotle on forest drive. SO DISAPPOINTED!!

The food was good but the dining room needed attention. Both garage cans were beyond full, the tables and floor were dirty, the drink containers were empty or almost empty. For context, it was a fairly busy Friday night.

It's Chipotle. Few options, low servings for anything but rice, and lack of customer service. Overall it was pretty lack luster.

This Chipotle locations was surprisingly dirty- all the tables were covered with crud and the trash bins were overflowing.

The service was excellent and it seemed like the team members were very communicative with what they needed (rare to see!)

There is a small free parking lot.

This place was great at one point. It's tiring to hear the staff gossiping about their personal business or what club they are going to tonight. I want my food to be neat not stopped in my bowl.

We stood in line with 8 workers behind the counter and no one was serving anyone. We were only number two in line. No idea why no one was doing anything to serve the people in front of us.

Food and service are always great. App rarely works for me, so ordering ahead is usually not an option. Ordering ahead on their app can sometimes end with you waiting on-location anyways , but once you feel out the location you can generally gauge how long ahead to order.

The food is cold and the bowls are 90 percent rice that’s clumped and tasteless. Why do we keep spending lots of money and provide tips to get this glob of tasteless crap. Shame on you Chipotle and the owners of this restaurant in particular. Never again

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this Chipotle location. The cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable—there’s always something dirty, whether it’s the tables, floors, or the condiment station. On top of that, they are constantly running out of key items. More than once, they’ve been out of lettuce and tortillas, and it’s impossible to get steak, which is frustrating when you’re craving it. To make matters worse, they’re almost always out of soda in their machine. The staff seems unbothered by it all, with little attention to customers. The lack of organization and cleanliness really ruins the dining experience.

This location is disgusting. I've never seen a Chipotle with a grill so filthy. The workers didn't even bother to keep the food assembly area clean. They were laying the containers on top of rice, cheese, etc. they spilled from making the previous customers' food. There were crumbs in one of the cups they gave me. Even the drink machine counter was dirty. There was no ice. And the water button was broken. The cherry on top was the overflowing trash at the door.

Edit: I've since read previous reviews. This has been going on for months and no change? The next time I visit Columbia I will not eat here. I'm so glad I didn't order food for my husband and children on Saturday.
