Classic Chipotle. Price for the amount of food you get is somewhat justifiable. Just wish you got a little more because other places I’ve been give more for the same price. Line was smooth and food tasted good. Good customer service. Stomach happy. Good music.

I know this is a busy location, but half a spoon of rice and barely any meat for a bowl is disappointing for what you’re paying. Definitely not the Chipotle experience I’m used to :(

Will not be back to this location and highly recommend you avoid it. Horrible customer service. Every worker behind the glass had an attitude and a sour look on their face. It was obvious no one wanted to be there. When you point at anything to add to your order, you’re told to “not touch the glass, it’s company policy.” Not to mention adding anything to your order is served in the smallest amount possible unless it’s guac. They overload your order with guac to the point where you don’t taste anything else.

Obviously this is a reoccurring problem for this location based off of other reviews. It’s too bad whoever the manager is doesn’t do anything about it. This place would make tons of money because of its location.

I can’t wait to get a generic AI message from the “owner” about how sorry they are about my experience. If that response was genuine, this location wouldn’t be having the same problem month over month!

The food is not worth the money and the parking lot is WAY too tight. If you value your vehicle, you might not want to go there. San Jose' and Moe's offer a better product and overall experience.

Customer service sucks! There is no way to call and talk to someone and the online chat is a joke. They literally stole my 20$ from my order. I know that's not a lot but that makes it worse that they wouldn't make things right.

Never coming to this location again. Took an hour for our order to be ready when we ordered on the app. Store wasn’t even that busy and employees were standing around.

Ordered food online and received it at the time specified. Staff were pleasant and atmosphere of store was also pleasant. The food on the other hand, smh! Price okay. But little meat. Very salty. The chimichurri sauce is very salty. The meat was over seasoned which made it salty as well.

Went in tonight about 8pm.. staff were closing but a manager told them not to close. Had no chicken so gave me some nasty honey chicken and steak then proceeded to charge me more for their lack of cooked food. Staff were having meetings about the mgmt..and mgmt was having meetings about the staff.. 31 dollars for some trash
