Went in tonight about 8pm.. staff were closing but a manager told them not to close. Had no chicken so gave me some nasty honey chicken and steak then proceeded to charge me more for their lack of cooked food. Staff were having meetings about the mgmt..and mgmt was having meetings about the staff.. 31 dollars for some trash

Ordered two separate orders to be picked up. A quesadilla that wasnt a quesadilla or even cut, and a burrito that wasnt even half the size of a normal burrito. Do not order pick up from this location. Also call the customer service number and was told they would replace one of the entrees and the second entree would only get a free drink. When I asked why not replace both was told if you don't like it you can dispute the charge with my bank. (Third picture is the burrito with one bite taken out.)

I love Chipotle in my area. The atmosphere is so inviting. I went there for lunch today, the team was courteous, friendly, greets everyone with a smile. They informed the customers of additional cost for items requested. The food is always fresh and so good. I love this location. They never disappoint. Please don't change. Keep up the amazing work.

They skimp on the portions when you order ahead vs going inside to order. Not consistent at all. Sometimes the chips are stale and other times they are bland. Not the best spot for ordering ahead but the food is good when they do it right.

this chipotle has terrible customer service. For example someone was ordering and passed out in front of them and they didn’t move a muscle they didn’t even help her with anything and just kept working instead of helping and the workers were very rude to me while ordering and they don’t know how to work or have decent customer service

Apparently when you order guac they put the whole avocado in there. Not only did I receive that, but all of my toppings were incorrect. I placed an order via the app for delivery as I’m home with a sick kid and can’t leave. Very disappointed, and this isn’t the first time. Half of the employees look high on something or like they don’t want to be there. Attached is what I ordered vs what I got.

My recent bowl had 5 pieces of meat!! Yes I counted because the bowl was less than half full.
This location gives a substantially less amount of meat than the other ones I’ve been to.

Paid $15 for a bowl and getting charged extra for ingredients that they forget to put in there then add extra ingredients that you didn’t even ask for. The bowl is no where close to being worth $15. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE ESPECIALLY ONLINE!!! When you order online they seem to just half a** it and barely put anything in there. This has happened the past three times in a row now.
