I have been going there on an almost daily basis for the past 1-1/2 months. More often than not, they are going to have a shortage of something I want. They routinely run out of proteins, especially steak. Also, fajita vegetables are frequently either out or undercooked to the point that it's comparable to eating a raw onion. In short, the management does not seem to be able to anticipate when it is time to cook a new batch in time. I've made a couple of complaints to corporate, but I have no idea if they are concerned or not.

Last night, placed online order directly from Chipotle's website for delivery. Order placed 2 hours before closing, food didn't arrive until 1.5 hours later. WE LIVE 15 MINUTES AWAY. When it finally came, both burritos were COLD. Not lukewarm, not room temp, legitimately cold to the touch. Serving sizes too small, ingredients left out. Don't offer a service if you can't provide it quickly and efficiently.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever encountered. They don't melt the cheese on the kids' quesadillas. The burritos are usually significantly smaller than other Chipotle burritos. Also, they gave me a warm soda, which is just annoyingly sloppy. Usually Chipotle is consistently good but this particular location just sucks.

We love Chipotle, and eat here more times than I would like to admit. BUT, I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment we got on our last visit. We ordered 3 kids meals, my young, VERY picky kids love the cheese quesadillas. We ALWAYS get shredded cheese as their side, versus beans OR rice, they have sensory sensitivities and won't eat either. We were told we couldn't have cheese and were refused a side of cheese, even after I told her I would pay for it etc. Customer service is extremely challenging in today's world. I have been in it my entire working career and if one of my employees EVER treated a guest that came into my store as such......let me tell ya! I don't expect much or hardly anything when going places anymore. In fact, I love doing reviews, and mostly they are all positive. I believe in positive reinforcement. We ended up canceling our order and having to explain to our children that they w were OUT of cheese, because I didn't want our kids to think they were " Special". Any who, I wish employees cared, I wish Store Managers cared, I wish companies cared. But that's a dying/dead breed. I will continue to treat people with respect and that's why I walked away....walked away the better person!!! Loaded my kids up, and drove down to the next Chipotle, got our meals with NO issues.
Friendly staff. Food was decent. I had the brisket bowl. Wasn't expecting that level of sweetness in the meat - not really my style. I should have stuck with the chicken. It's a long way to the restroom if you want to wash your hands, and not too clean when you get there.

On 1/16/25 I went into the restaurant on Harbison Blvd to oder around 9:35pm and a roach was crawling on the menu sign as we were trying to oder our food. I went up and tell the cashier. The manager came out and in the middle of people ordering he was trying to catch the roach in a cup. The roach fell and went god knows where??? Myself and everyone behind me in the line walked out and we did not order food. This is sicken to me being that that last 3 nights prior I eat food from there. I will report them.

I am sick and tired of South Carolina and there chipotles. They either have slow minded teenagers and never have employees to help. They had the nerve to have a room full of people waiting for INLINE ORDERS. Close the store asap
