Wanted something different for dinner.**DISCLAIMER**, I do not stay on this side of town. Pulled up to Chipotle to see sign on the door that they were only servicing those who place online/mobile orders for pick up. So I was not able to go in to place my order in person. Will not be visiting anytime soon.

It is pretty disheartening when the food is good and the service is good but they close early regularly. I’m a busy individual who gets off work late. I can’t really eat fast food due to a moderated diet. When I walk into this chipotle ready for a decent meal, I’m told that we are closed and it’s 8:30 or we are closing (it’s 9:00) and we are online order only. It really makes one question is this place legitimately good or do they even care about their patrons. Not to mention my partner and I eat here once a week. I’m currently debating whether it’s worth stopping here any more. I’m told Moe’s never closes early and even stays open later for their customers. Just food for thought. I hope this helps bring about change to one of our favorite places!

Terrible you can ONLY order online and pick up here. When we arrived sign on the door says “All digital” the employees were sitting around and there was NO Fresh food made! I’d ordering online you are definitely not eating fresh! Ewwww

Wish this place would try a little better. I love chipotle but whoever is running this place is putting it in the ground. Vibe is always off and dirty. Most recently it’s all order online, staff sits at the tables telling you it’s online only when they could actually be working behind the counter it doesn’t make sense. This location is loosing tons of business with this practice, I would say 3/4 of folks who walk in the door walk right back out instead or ordering online. At least invest in a kiosk or something??

Came by to get dinner few days ago. Nice environment and your staff were all very friendly and most helpful. Food was good and a great temperature. Great value for your large portions. Kudos to a young man that assisted me with making sure I had an item that I requested straight from the grill his name was Josh. He’s always there and always polite even in the midst of working when the air was out on a hot day over a month or ago. Your Chipotle is close to Ft Jackson and know that the ones of us that have worked in food business before military we value good places, good food and nice prices. 🙂

Placed an order for doordash and they ended up no putting my protein in my burrito and my husband’s order was no where to be seen but we sure got a second burrito from a different person. Don’t bother eating from here, they just do whatever they feel like giving you
