The young kids here are so rude and disrespectful. Always on their phones and will not greet you. I usually don’t leave reviews but my experience today was so rude I will not be going back. The young guy that took my order just stared at me and I said hello, he responded “what are you ordering “ and I said why so rude… he said i’m ready to go, what can I get you. And once he finished fixing my food he threw it down and walked off. I will not be back to any of our area locations because the one on killian is just as bad. Learn some respect or common manners when working in customer service! Smh

Seen a lot of Flys flying around. Only three people during a busy time. And the guy cutting the chicken didn't have a Metal mesh glove. The manager needs to be retrained and retrain her(Alley) staff, need to staff more people. If you want a bad Chipotle to go to go to this one.

I placed an order online and I have been waiting thirty minutes for three tacos. I was one of the first customers at opening. There was no greeting and I just honestly feel like I’m paying them money to be in their way. I had to correct the order too because she didn’t want to read what the order actually was. I know, first world problem, but food is expensive and I just miss when chipotle had standards. Those were the days.

Terrible service!!!! If they aren’t out of beef they’re out of chicken!!!!!!! If they have both it’s a 30 minute wait at best!!!!! Then they are out of white rice or brown rice!!!!!!! My wife and I are done eating here!!!!!!!! Also only half the food for the same price as a full meal… corporate greed!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am always disappointed coming to this location. For that reason I purposely try to not come to this one. They are either out of food (which they don’t tell you as you’re waiting in the line for 15 minutes) or the food quality is poor. They also give skimpy portions.

I enjoy visits to this location when in town due to the consistency in service and food preparation/taste. Although the guac was a bit lacking, It is much better than at the Sumter location that is closer to me.

I absolutely love this particular chipotle location the manager Allie and Josh are the best employees there ands they make our experience super great every time.
I went into this business to spend my money and was met with attitude, as if the workers went to the farm grew the veggies. Went to the farm chopped down the chicken. I truly don’t understand. The beans are not even cooked. What a horrible experience.

If I can give half a star I would because the customer service is horrible the place is dirty the tables are dirty I went there with my family and I regret it the service was really bad and the portions too small I could see the plate even with all the stuff you ask for

Buying food and getting the correct amount for the money you're paying should never have to be an emotional roller-coaster and this place is horrible. And most of all. Them shaking the spoon to give you less is diabolical!
