There is no management at this location. Most food won't be made, no urgency to serve customers and the counters and food prep areas are disgusting with contaminated food and discarded trash. Today was the straw that broke the back. A manager of some sort was walking around with a clip card for inventory I would assume. Had no control of interaction with the line, cleanliness, or food prep. I was the first in line (with 2 people waiting for something) at 5pm. I left without any food and maybe 15 people waiting and 6 at the window. the employees all talked about going on break and just shuffled slowly about. one tries to give me barbacoa tacos with just the water from the bucket since it was out. guac, steak, barbacoa, biscuit, pinto beans, and fajita were all empty. 0/10 will not return ever again. this location has been like this for months.
The quality of the chicken was super bad. It was full of chewy fat and gristle. There was no grated cheese, and I had to ask for fajita veggies (the cook was nice enough to make them for me). The restaurant was very dirty. I ultimately had to throw my order in the trash.

I’m tired of wasting money here. This food was disgusting. The nighttime crew consistently falls short. Tonight, the rice was burnt and clumpy, the brisket wasn’t even brisket, the fajita veggies were overcooked, and—once again—you were out of something. This time, it was cheese and lids for the food. For $14, I expect better quality. On top of that, no one answers the phone when customers call. I’ll be reaching out to corporate tomorrow to address these ongoing issues. I won’t be posting pictures because the food is in the trash.

Chipotle is admittedly a hit or miss experience no matter the location, but this was off the charts! Just bulldoze this place and build something else. The place was visibly filthy upon entering. Every table had obvious food scraps and grease all over them. The bathrooms likely haven’t been cleaned in weeks. As for the food, they were out of literally everything. We had a choice of chicken, rice and lettuce basically. They didn’t even have lids for the to-go containers. We walked in with the intention of buying four meals but we could only piece together one and we instantly regretted that one. I don’t think there was anyone in charge and the staff (with the exception of the one poor young lady attempting to grill chicken and make rice) clearly didn’t care. Avoid this place at all costs.

Wowww. Chipotle has fallen off BIG TIME! Look at this burrito. 90% RICE! They charge $3.60 for guac and barely put it on there. Barely had chicken. I kept thinking it was just not evenly distributed but the only thing evenly distributed in this burrito was disappointment. I will NEVER Ever eat at Chipotle again. This was the final straw. Don't try to lure me back with a coupon for some of those stale chips and wack queso either! Wow.

Never again will I order from the app. They not only messed 3 out of the 4 dishes we ordered (one of the kids meals did not have any sides at all, they were out of chips, the only dish they got "right" was my daughter's chicken quesadilla, but it only had ~5 cubes of chicken!) It is amazing how much they will try to skimp to save and lose a customer. I highly recommend NOT using the app when ordering from this location. Oh and they didn't give us the utensils we requested. Such a bad experience

This was the nastiest restaurant I've stepped into in a long time. Food was all over the floor and still on the tables and drink area. I asked one of the servers why was the place so dirty, she shrugged her shoulders, she was also the one as we were putting in my mother's order that walked away and decided not to serve us. Even her coworker asked her what happened when she walked away, he ended up serving us, and his attitude was much better.. I would have walked out, but my mum needed something to eat and traffic in that area is horrible. I would never cross the threshold of this business again.

This location is the dirtiest damn location I’ve ever been to. I was terrified to even eat my food because of how messy it was in there. Then when I got to the counter to tell the lady I had a pick up order I put my nickname on the bag and was unaware so I used my real name when picking up & I showed her my mobile order and she got snarky saying there wasn’t a name on it so I showed her the one in my email and she gave me the bag of food. But there’s food all over the counters, tables, disgusting. Absolutely egregious. I would not recommend this location.

I just ordered online and included the fajita veggies with my meal. I did not get them in my meal. I tried calling the store to let them know my order was work and the answering system they have is HORRIBLE! It does not allow you to speak with a manager. It keeps telling you to use their online contacts. I would like my meal the way I asked for it. In addition to missing the veggies, the rice is sticky/mushy. This meal is terrible considering it cost be a little over $21 because of the delivery and convenience fees. I would like my meal done correctly or get my money refunded, BUT, there is no way to speak with a live person via telephone. #shame
This is why I prefer the Chipotle on Two Notch Rd.
Updated 12/10/24: no need to use their Chat Pepper for customer support. It is useless. I called the local number and could not get a manager. The online support said my money was refunded. I spent a total of $39.49 and nothing was refunded. Worse food service and customer service EVER!!!!

This location(Killian Rd), is the most ill prepared location I have ever tried to go to. They are constantly out of something. Today, no guac no vinaigrette. I was here weeks ago, no vinaigrette. Its been a constant disappointment showing up here for something only to find they don’t have the main things they are known for. It’s a Sunday afternoon at 2:45pm, not even close to closing time.
Their drive through pick up is atrocious. 20+ min wait times where you just sit there while they stand behind the closed window talking and laughing with each other. Multiple times I’ve experienced where they open the window and just stare at me and wait for me to say my name, then they hand me the bag with no comment and slam the window. No one will speak to you. The food is good for the most part, though there is ALWAYS guacamole or rice smeared all over the container of food they give you. People are gross, service is gross, and these food containers are gross!
