This location(Killian Rd), is the most ill prepared location I have ever tried to go to. They are constantly out of something. Today, no guac no vinaigrette. I was here weeks ago, no vinaigrette. Its been a constant disappointment showing up here for something only to find they don’t have the main things they are known for. It’s a Sunday afternoon at 2:45pm, not even close to closing time.

this one girl employee , me and my gf come here sometimes and she’s here and she’s an elite employee , ii like her service 🫶🏽. chiplote on killian is my favorite and only one .

We did a group order and some of the meals were missing items. I don't always find the atmosphere to be inviting, so I usually do a mobile order.
The food is good and depending on who is making the order you either get plenty or not enough.
I ordered a chicken bowl and the rice was crunchy there were 8 pieces of chicken, they left off my black beans, the salsa was minimal but there was plenty of sour cream.
