Upon walking in, there were 4 families, including mine, that were waiting in line for help. After about 15 minutes, a gentleman who had been sitting at a table watching us bewildered looking for staff walked to the back (apparently, he was staff). A different gentleman stepped to the register. No apologies for the wait or failure to greet us timely.

That was enough for me. I left with my grandchildren. Honestly, after such a disappointing tone set for customer service, I won't visit this location again.

To be completely transparent, I spent $0 during this brief visit.

For a single kid and an hour of play time we spent about 100 dollars. There were some fun games for little kids to play, a birthday party, and food.

An hour of play led to about 700 tickets and the prizes at the end were decent.

My son really enjoyed it.

Loud, Noisy, and a great time for kids!!! As an adult, I love their salad bar as it's one of the few places that has cottage cheese in the salad bar. Chuck-E-Cheese has some of the tastiest Pizza too. The pizza is just delicious.

Nice for younger age group. Especially to have a birthday party. Different levels of packages. Games are kind of scarce.. still had a decent time for my daughter's birthday and a friend's kids birthday.

The staff definitely not happy with their jobs and it shows. Games are not in operating order, food is subpar. Not to mention its very expensive. I was considering having my kids' birthdays here and am happy that I seen this atmosphere first hand. Please know after the experience I had this weekend, I won't spend another cent here. Parents beware, these people act like they hate life, I wouldn't feel comfortable letting them prepare food for my kids and their friends.
Not to mention that my stomach has been cramping horribly since I ate the salad bar.

Awful. Just awful. Walking in i was a little more encouraged about the experience while dealing with the lady who greeted me. Haven't been to a chuck e cheese for probably 15+ years. My daughter(6) has been asking to go since she seen an ad. The lady was explaining the time and credit options and I had to clarify a couple times what she said. She repeated it a couple times that if it's not used it can be credited back to me. Awesome no place has said that before. No chicken fingers or nuggets but they offer boneless wings. I got plain for my kid and some of the edges were burned(should've took pics). I got her the promo cup for free refills if we came back. It dropped from about 3.5 feet and busted. A whole chunk off the bottom corner so drink went everywhere....$5.28 for it to bust like a cheap sandwich bag. I had gotten bone-in wings for me and they were ok. I'd say my wings were the best part of the experience. It's the only reason food got 2 stars. There is a salad bar next to the drinks with no indication it needs to be paid for once you are there because refills for drinks are free. A couple of the games didn't work after being scanned. They have a jump area which my kid was excited about. Door was open and there was a see attendant for entry sign at the top of the rules sign. If the door is open why see an attendant for entry....it's not locked. So while my kid and another jumped a lady came over and said it's $10 to jump. On those 3 small jumping areas.....$10. I told my kid to get off while the other lady explained there was no indication it was a paid service. There's no sign that says it's not included in the crazy prices. Maybe put see attendant to pay fee to jump sign or have a card scanner that only allows entry if already paid on the card. Went to leave and let my kid pick out her prizes and said I'd like to just be recredited the amount left on the card.....different person said no they don't do that. It just doesn't expire and I can use it next time I come.....I'm not coming back and the other chick said it could be recredited. She said no sorry. Just keep it. So out of the 60 points I bought there is probably 40 left because that place is horrible. Not to mention the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a bit and had a clogged toilet and a dirty one that hadn't been flushed. I did like the fact we were stamped on the way in and they checked to make sure our numbers matched on the way out but could've easily just walked out without claiming prizes or seeing them at the desk. My total I spent was $70.34 for this sadness. The picture is my daughter's face right after being told to exit the trampoline area which you see in the background with the door still open. She tried to have more fun but was clearly disappointed.
