We had my grandson's third birthday party here. We chose a 10:00 a.m. slot on a Saturday morning. The employees were enthusiastic and welcoming. My grandson and his guest had a fabulous time. Parents and kids found plenty to do a lot of laughter ...I absolutely recommend it!!!!Vegetarian options: They have cheese, pizza veggie pizzas and a salad barDietary restrictions: Chuck-E-Cheese did a wonderful job of publishing any allergy facts so that you can make good decisionsParking: Parking was easy. They had two large parking areas, one in the front and one in the backKid-friendliness: Wonderful place for kids of all ages but especially those in elementary school and toddlersWheelchair accessibility: It is easily wheelchair accessible all one level. No stairs to deal with

Hi:I am reaching out to you in regards to an experience that I just had at one of your locations here in Columbia SC. My family and I decided to visit this location to have e dinner and to spend time with our daughter. We ordered pizza and 18 boneless wings. Upon receiving the food we sat down and began to eat. As it goes when one is eating, we eventually our way to the wings. My daughter tried one as did I. They were very dry and I expressed to my wife that I was not pleased with them. Keep in mind we did not eat the wings. When I went to the counter, the young lady who states she was the manager was on her phone and I had to get her attention. I made my complaint, in a reasonable manner, not loud nor irate.she proceeded to tell me that there was nothing that she could do since the policy was if you have the food, you don't get your money back. My wife made her way and asked to speak with her manager. She informed us that the manager above her was sick and would not talk to us. When asked what was her name was, all she would give is the first name which apparently is, Zia. The store manager would only give her first name which is Tee. She was not friendly, she was not professional, and she was disrespectful. All she would say is that if I call someone they will tell you the same thing I said and you will not get your money back. She did call someone finally and then proceeded to walk away and laugh at my family and I. We did get our money back, but not before she claimed she couldn't give us a receipt. I grew up on chuck e cheese and was attempting to give my daughter the same experience that I myself had as a child. This was not it. Having been in management myself, this is not how ourI would like my establishment represented to the public.Sincerely, a lost customer.

We took our grandson here. While it is a bit expensive, it's SO worth it to see the kids smile ? The kids get to play unlimited games for the time they purchase and the adults get picture memories from the many photographic rides/booths! We will be back!Kid-friendliness: It's ALL about the kids ♥️

I've been going here ever since I myself was a kid. Things truly have changed. Sad to see that the animatronics are gone. Now it's slightly empty. The pizza was good and my table ordered more of it. Wouldn't recommend the wings at all, however my family liked it. The kids had a really great time, and I enjoyed watching them have fun.
