I ordered 10 pieces of chicken I paid total $12 the server had gave me 8 pieces of chicken instead she looked right in my face and said there is your 10 pieces of chicken which I never got some of the servers there don't need to be working they don't do their job right stay away from this restaurant if you prefer not to be cheated out of your food some of the servers there don't know how to fix your food it is a shame

Order food online. Come here and it's only 8:30 and the doors are locked. The point off ordering online is to avoid the 45 min line they always have. When you finally make it to the speaker to order they always ask if you have another 20 minutes to wait for chicken.

Where do I start bad customer service, I cashier they have working young with a afro is off and clueless. I walked in they did have money in there cash draw, I waited like 30 mins for me to complete my order and then still had repeatedly ask for my cups which was given one at a time. Like walk back and forth grabbing on cup at a time.

The service was horrible rush for you to order food then charge your car multiple times in order to get the food refund you the money and the money is not back on your car instantly like any other restaurant would do want it a full refund for the food but he's going to sit here and tell us that he can't give us a refund because it'll be 5 to 7 days and he had refund Us in cash but he can't because his bank our bank will still refund us the money if it was a choice don't eat here don't come here and don't ask for no refund

Placed an order online for the convenience of just having to pick it up. Pull up to the drive thru line to the road. Pulled into a parking spot to go inside to find door closed. Others standing outside saying to just go to the window, which I did. Took a out 15 minutes to be acknowledged . It has already been about 45 minutes since I placed my order. Had to wait approx another 20 minutes to finally get my order. Get home to find out my large fried okra is missing and was only given 3 biscuits when I should have gotten 8 with my 16pc meal. Horrible service.
