Chicken was good and fresh but the atmosphere of people were too crowded and the place was not clean on the outside The building looked kind of rundown but the food was great.

The service was horrible rush for you to order food then charge your car multiple times in order to get the food refund you the money and the money is not back on your car instantly like any other restaurant would do want it a full refund for the food but he's going to sit here and tell us that he can't give us a refund because it'll be 5 to 7 days and he had refund Us in cash but he can't because his bank our bank will still refund us the money if it was a choice don't eat here don't come here and don't ask for no refund

Placed an order online for the convenience of just having to pick it up. Pull up to the drive thru line to the road. Pulled into a parking spot to go inside to find door closed. Others standing outside saying to just go to the window, which I did. Took a out 15 minutes to be acknowledged . It has already been about 45 minutes since I placed my order. Had to wait approx another 20 minutes to finally get my order. Get home to find out my large fried okra is missing and was only given 3 biscuits when I should have gotten 8 with my 16pc meal. Horrible service.

It should be implied not to go to Church’s chicken but I was dumb enough to give it a chance. The doors are locked so you have to go through the drive through. This was my first warning that I should turn around and leave but I was being optimistic. The exterior is disgusting I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. Anyways the lady who took my order got it completely wrong and overcharged me. I couldn’t go back into the store to fix the situation because the door was locked obviously, and the drive thru was backed up. I am not giving a one star though over a few dollars. The one star though comes from the food. It was easily the worst fried chicken I have ever had in my life. It wasn’t even a matter of it being cold or something. It was just simply gross. The chicken tasted like straight oil. Not a hint of flavor anywhere. I feel sorry for the people who enjoy this stuff, they must have brain damage. Reading other reviews from people who gave this place 5 stars makes me question my sanity.
Today I learned a priceless lesson- never go to Church's chicken- and because of that I am thankful.

I know good and well this building is not up to code. Just no way literally falling apart from the outside. DHEC inspector must be blind. I order after 15 minutes in the Rocky Mountain drive thru. This is sad. Oh I didn’t eat the food my gf insisted she have church’s later on tonight she might be calling GOD Help me Please.
Still taste the same as my childhood. Been decades since I last went there. I'll be back.

Stood in front of the register for 10 mins before someone spoke to us. Only the manager seemed to move with purpose. Everyone else seemed to be on Xanax. Incredibly dirty. Staff in kitchen preparing food without coverings over hair ECT. Just look at the AC vents in this place and you will see the lack of attention given to having a clean atmosphere for people to EAT in

Their door is always closed. One day i saw customers inside, but the staff wont open the door. I ordered 20 minutes ago, and rhey asked me to pick up from window. Parked my car, walked to the window the guy did not even look at me for first couple of minutes. Then asked me to get in the drive thru. Took another half an hour to pick my order. The staff are careless and sometimes rude. I only went twice thinking first time was just my bad luck. But no, they were consistently horrible.
