Really good food! That’s why it’s so disappointing for me to have to report that the physical store is in such bad condition. They need to close this place down for a week and just give it a good cleaning. Everything is dirty. One other complaint: I ordered a family meal. the side items are put in large containers. However, they’re only filled halfway. This is a real rip off, and you can’t feed more than a couple of people, certainly not a family.

I got a Uber here and ordered ahead online and they locked the store. I couldn't get the food I payed for cause I couldn't go through the drive through. The employees just watched me from the glass while I'm yellin I have an online order. No refund no nothing

The reason for my review of this restaurant because I'm tired of going there and getting bad customer service I've gave this restaurant plenty of time to respond to my calls after the call after the call first of all why is your restaurant door open and you can't go inside it's very disturbing I walk in and get told every time it's drive-through only the drive-through is always wrapped around the building. This happened in May. I'm not sure I forget the date but anyway I got there at got there at 5 o'clock so ordered my food a two piece snack and a chicken sandwich not only I could not order inside, but I can't even order at the drive-through itself. I was told to pull up to the window and order my food, which I did no worries and the issue is I got my chicken and then I was told I need to pull up to get my chicken sandwich cause they have not dropped it yet very upsetting so not only. I waited 30 freaking minutes for a hockey puck. This sandwich had no mayonnaise. No lettuce no nothing just a plain old hockey puck between two buns and my other other had gotten cold already cause I waited 30 minutes. I did not leave the parking lot. It's almost 6:30 I've called corporate office twice and each time they tell me that manager will give me a call now it's almost the end of May and I have not gotten a call back from anyone so Churches chicken I would not be coming back!

On 05/21/2025 approx 1:30 pm, there was an advertising 10 peice for $11.00 (or so) on the outside road sign, but when you go inside the store, I am advised that they don't have that special anymore, stated that the sign was taken down yesterday, but clearly hasn't been. The only positive experience was the young man that was about to wait on me, and he was clearly apologetic, and very nice, compared to the lady that falsely stated that there was no such sign out there, which was the reason I pulled in.

If I could rate this establishment with NEGATIVE stars I would. Where do I start? 1st, There’s a note taped on the menu in the drive-through stating drive around to the window to place your order. However, once you pull up to the window, you’re ignored for about 3 minutes. Finally, an employee comes to the window to inform you oh I’m sorry our drive-through is down. You’ll have to come inside to place your order. So I parked. I go inside. when I get inside, there’s one gentleman waiting for food. There’s one employee behind the counter. a young man. I walk in, stand at the counter, the employee never says one word. No, I’ll be with you in a moment. Can I take your order? How are you doing? He proceeds to walk back-and-forth from The kitchen area to the office. Bear in mind this entire time The only person that’s working is the older gentleman in the kitchen that’s frying chicken by the baskets. There are four other people employees in the store a female who I think was the manager, the three young males, one in which ignored me the entire time I stood at the counter. It was just so unnecessary. I stood there waiting. A gentleman came in. He waited. Three other ladies came in. They waited, the whole time the first young man who was walking back-and-forth grabbed his cell phone & walks outside.. He saw us in the lobby he never informed the workers hiding out in the office that customers was in the lobby. Finally, the older gentleman who’s working like a slave frying chicken goes to the office to let the employees who were hiding out back there, know that customers were in the lobby. The female manager walks out of the office, goes to the area where the gentleman is frying the chicken and starts to ridicule him, telling him that he needed to change the oil or something to that effect. My thing is he was the only person in the store that was working!!! That store needs to be revamped. The employees definitely need some training on customer service. The store needs to be cleaned/remolded!! Maybe try hiring people who really want to work because clearly the people that were in that store today for the exception of the old gentleman. None of those people wanted to be there. You could tell by the way they didn’t interact with the customers. I felt like they wanted us to leave. They purposely hid out in the office, wanting us to leave. Needless to say, I will not be Returning to the Church’s Chicken located on Two Notch Rd in Columbia, SC.

I haven't been to Church's chicken in years, so i decided to stop and give em a try again. Wasn't disappointed. Food was hot and fresh. They greet as soon as you walk in. MY experience wasn't bad.

That guy that works that drive thru yelled at a woman cursed at me and denied our order and was rude as all hell would not go back if I was dieing of starvation.
