Really good food! That’s why it’s so disappointing for me to have to report that the physical store is in such bad condition. They need to close this place down for a week and just give it a good cleaning. Everything is dirty. One other complaint: I ordered a family meal. the side items are put in large containers. However, they’re only filled halfway. This is a real rip off, and you can’t feed more than a couple of people, certainly not a family.

Did not get my money back for missing food in my delivery, and the biscuits were a lot harder to eat than they usually are. I reached out via phone and to corporate and did not get my money back.

I haven't been to Church's chicken in years, so i decided to stop and give em a try again. Wasn't disappointed. Food was hot and fresh. They greet as soon as you walk in. MY experience wasn't bad.
