Too loud and busy to sit with family (for me). The pizza was super thin and small, but you can eat all you want. I didn't really get to taste the sweets because they brought them out very slowly and it wasn't enough for everyone to get some.Kid-friendliness: Your kid probably can be as loud and eat as sloppy as they want. Arcade games at the back for them to play.

Main reason for the 3 is because of the arcade machines being a card only now and you can't use quarters saved up to put in the machine and add funds to the card.

Cici's is good for the price. The location is good and the staff are friendly. They put pizzas out on the buffet constantly, and if there is a pizza you're craving, they will make it for you. It can get packed in the evenings, but it's expected if there is a school activity or Thursday/ Friday night, although we've never waited more than 10 minutes to pay and sit.Parking: There is plenty of parking most nights.
We came here on a Sunday night whim. The manager, hopefully he’s the GM full-time, was so, so friendly and attentive. He made conversation with patrons at the buffet, including us—such a small gesture that goes a long way. The pizza was hot, always stocked, and the dessert pizza satisfied our sweet tooth, as usual! A couple guys working the floor came by a few times to clear our dishes—they were very polite, and even offered to take the dishes from me as we were leaving. Working for an upbeat, positive manager creates an environment that employees are happy to come to work and customers are glad to be a part of. Kudos to this location and this team!
This is a great place for a great price. Has a nice little arcade with some good games and is a nice place to take the family.

I went here to get a buffalo chicken pizza like I always do from here and on yesterday not even 10 mins after I ate I immediately started vomiting and could not stop. I was rushed to urgent care and it was food poisoning‼️BE CAREFUL EATING FROM HERE IM NEVER GOING BACK I FEEL AWFUL‼️
The managers here are fantastic and they even know you by name if you’ve been there more than once! Get the Olé pizza (aka Taco Pizza).

Very busy , SUPER SMALL location. Tables toooo close ! Couldn’t get up to get more pizza off the buffet , table would’ve been taken. Certain capacity limit should be in place .
