I love Cinnabon, especially the Carmel pecan one! But man the customer service here is terrible. One girl there is always high af and will blank out and stare at the wall while taking your order. Then giggles to herself when she figures out where she's at. It's the only Cinnabon near me, so you gotta deal with it.

nasty attitude the staff or manager was nasty kept complaining he couldn't make certain drinks because they low staff and then certain food me and my family wanted to order he said he couldn't do because they low staff if u can't make anything close then instead of being nasty and complaining your low staff that's not my problem your low staff and some off the staff members left that's not my fault I'm a customer not a employee

Stood in line 15 minutes, only to get to the register to be told that the smoothie machine was down due to lack of employees/short staff!!!!! I’m on lunch! Could someone had posted a sign I wouldn’t have wasted half of my break! Absolutely ridiculous. Too lazy to make smoothies so don’t offer them!
