Ive been trying to quit nicotine and have been using a device that rests in your mouth to satisfy cravings and the bouncer kicked me out for “vaping”. The device doesn’t even produce any smoke if people are allowed to chew nicotine gum I should be able to use a moxē,nic infused toothpicks, etc. The fact this is even an issue is beyond ridiculous, this bar has the most uptight rules, it makes no sense at all to go here. It’s always empty and only ever has a crowd to play pool. This place sucks. I don’t want to get a response about your vaping policy because I was not vaping “flavored air” if I smoke nicotine I prefer my cancer the old fashioned way, combustible.

CJs is a 5 pts staple bar. It's a mix of all types of people so it's not the usual college bar even though it's in that area. The food is served until 10 pm and the sandwiches are all delicious. There's pool tables and a great patio area with a view of the fountain. Hands down the best location to sit and enjoy the heart of 5 pts.

We LOVE CJs. The owners hangout in there most every night on the weekends with their dog who loves everyone. It's a relaxing place to hangout with friends and enjoy a drink and some popcorn or play a round of pool.
Absolutely LOVE their grilled cheese. Great place that feels like home. Gigi the puppy is usually there and makes being there even better. They play major games on the tvs, have fantastic food, nice staff, and pool tables. We come here often and love it so much.

In the middle of 5 points lies a little gem known as CJ's! Whether you want to shoot a game of pool with friends or just relax after a long day to unwind, this is the bar to do it at! All of the staff is super friendly and helpful, making it an inviting place even for the biggest introverts! Also, the cleanest facilities in 5 points HANDS DOWN!! The best paper towels I've ever used at a public establishment!

CJ's is a good bar for relaxation and they follow the rules for a bar.There isn't any drama, the food is good for a bar, and they have coin operated pool tables.Beer/liquor selection is solid and cheaper than every other place in the Five Points area.This is an underrated spot, more so for a calm older clientele.
