Your employee were so nice and helpful
So much hair in my ice cream last night. They need to make sure the staffs hair is pulled back!!! Disgusting. Wouldn’t say the staff is overly friendly, ice cream is good.
There are different sizes available to take home.
I did a DoorDash pick up order and when I got there, it was very crowded, there were people behind the counter in the workers way. All of the young ladies did a very good job. I would assume it was the owners, but they were extremely rude to their employees.
We visited for first time and had a great experience. We were not rushed and team was pleasant, shop and tables were very clean. Waffle cones were crisp and delicious and the combinations of very creamy ice cream and add ins were endless. We had a very nice outing!
I had a wonderful experience at Cold Stone Creamery! I arrived right at closing time, which was 11 PM, but the staff were so helpful. They kindly let me in and didn’t rush me at all. I appreciated their friendly attitude and willingness to help.
Excited to have this close to home now & the staff is so kind, but I’d love to get ice cream with my toppings actually mixed in! Please do something to help those kids working in the shop learn how to break up the toppings and actually mix them in!
Cold Stone was pretty good, and I'm glad there's one nearby. I don't think it's quite as good as Marble Slab, but it's a nice option nonetheless!

Not a bad taste but for the price, milkshakes definitely aren't their strong suit. Normal ice cream offerings leave a lot to be desired, but it's a nice place to stop by if you need something quick to silence a sweet tooth
Great service, tasty stuffs, just a bit let down with the amount of empty space in this quart. At least 1/3 was empty. When pressed down nearly half the container was empty. The other quart I got with ice cream was nearly full though.

They gave me a stale waffle cone, ruined the entire experience. Cone is bendy and disgusting. It’s super disappointing
