Unfortunately our first time coming here and part time back…. Wanted to try it out and eat and drink at the rooftop…. Sat down and wasn’t greeted by the person behind the bar that was reading her book, she never once put it down until two other patrons came in and said hello and asked what they wanted…. We left right after… maybe because we were the only two black women there and the other two patrons were a white male and black female- kinda felt isolated, now I know what kind of establishment this may be.

Horrible customer service, sat down upstairs and the girl at the bar just sat and looked at me and my friend and didn’t say a word, then 2 mins later another pair of people walked in and sat and she immediately greeted them and asked what they wanted.

A good time is always had at Columbia Craft. Great products, great service, great atmosphere. Thank you.

Paying customers can't order what they want and are forced to tip a bar back when they stand up and walk over to the bar. Completely disrespectful social media page, do not go to this sad, sad establishment.

Edit: don't know why you're asking questions, I can't reply to a reply. Yes, I went. Was bad. Your humor isn't for everyone, but being decent human beings to others should be. Maybe customer's reviews aren't for everyone either, but if that's how you want to represent yourselves then that's how you'll be viewed.

Shaming and mocking customers (your only way of staying in business) is completely reckless, irresponsible, and chaotic at the very least for your business. Why would I want to go somewhere that thinks so little of a customer simply ordering the beer and drink they want?

Excellent beer selection and great service. The bartenders are very knowledgeable about the beer the brewery has. They have plenty of parking, very clean bathrooms and a rooftop. Best brewery in columbia.

We rented out the Columbia Craft rooftop for a graduation event and it could not have been better. Best service, great food and a beautiful night!!! Perfect amount of room for 6 families to celebrate together— truly could not have asked for anything better and would recommend for anyone looking to have an event space with food & beverage!! HUGE shoutout to our bartender Matthew— he is the best ever and made our night so much fun!!!

The beer is great but TURN THE EFFING MUSIC DOWN - outside and inside. Every time I go here the music is so obnoxiously loud and the patrons are all trying to talk by yelling because they can’t hear one another.

Something tells me the music is so loud because it’s for the bartenders and not the ambiance for the patrons.

Cool spot and good service, but the most important part is the beer. I didn't really enjoy any of the three I tried. Will try again, maybe just made some poor selections.

Nice place with plenty of outdoor seating. More on the hoppy side for beer choices, nothing dark or heavy when I went.
