We waited nearly 90 minutes without receiving our food. Despite it being a busy weekend due to a major event, the kitchen was clearly not ready to handle the volume. Completely unorganized and unacceptable service.

Food wasn't anything special and certainly not for the price I paid (almost $50 per person). Staff was friendly but our server took forever bringing drinks and the check.

The Mother's Day Buffet at the Doubletree is terrific. This was our 2nd year in a row and we weren't disappointed. They provide such a wide variety of food choices and everything is cooked to perfection. The staff is so friendly and professional, and the decor even includes an ice sculpture with a gorgeous flower arrangement. It is really a full dining experience and the desserts are not to be missed, we will return again.

Looking for vegetarian options, but not tomato sauce or beans. VERY pleased to find Columbo's! No sign identifies them. They are a restaurant/bar within the Hilton Doubletree hotel. Three delicious, substantial, vegetarian options available at modest prices. Delicious pecan pie dessert, too. Eager to visit there again!
My wife and I were not sure what to expect for our Valentine's Day dinner as this was our first time dining here, but any qualms we may have had were quickly extinguished. Service and Food were excellent, and I had enough for lunch the next day. Very good dining experience...

We went to the Thanksgiving Buffet. It was so professional done that they we able to handle large groups as well as single people. The buffet presentation included turkey, roast beef, pork roast, seafood, salads, sides, cheeses, and desserts. It was an amazing experience! I'll never cook a Thanksgiving meal again.
