⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by Colombo’s on a quiet Sunday evening, and it hit the spot. Tamara at the bar was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and full of great suggestions. I went with the crab dip and wings, and both were packed with flavor. My drink was perfectly mixed, and the atmosphere was laid-back but classy. It wasn’t crowded, just peaceful and inviting. The kind of place where you can unwind, eat good, and feel taken care of. I’ll absolutely be back.

We waited nearly 90 minutes without receiving our food. Despite it being a busy weekend due to a major event, the kitchen was clearly not ready to handle the volume. Completely unorganized and unacceptable service.

Food wasn't anything special and certainly not for the price I paid (almost $50 per person). Staff was friendly but our server took forever bringing drinks and the check.

The Mother's Day Buffet at the Doubletree is terrific. This was our 2nd year in a row and we weren't disappointed. They provide such a wide variety of food choices and everything is cooked to perfection. The staff is so friendly and professional, and the decor even includes an ice sculpture with a gorgeous flower arrangement. It is really a full dining experience and the desserts are not to be missed, we will return again.

The staff was impeccable! We arrived slightly late and the staff treated us with open arms! The food was delicious to the very end and the staff waited on us with a smile!!
Got food poisoning from steak burger just browse the area before you make that expensive disappointing decision

Looking for vegetarian options, but not tomato sauce or beans. VERY pleased to find Columbo's! No sign identifies them. They are a restaurant/bar within the Hilton Doubletree hotel. Three delicious, substantial, vegetarian options available at modest prices. Delicious pecan pie dessert, too. Eager to visit there again!
