The drive thru lady had an attitude with me after she forgot I had a shake. She slammed the window really hard after she handed me my shake. If she was hoping I would forget about the shake when I got to the window then she was wrong. I'm sorry but I will be going to a different cookout instead of the one on harden Street. I love the food but I will not be going to the harden Street cookout.

Some don't say too much nice rhings about Cookout. I really don't understand why; Prices are very competitive!Service Usually Fast n FriendlyNO matter how busy they are.9 out of ten. Dentists say always fresh. ( Lol)And if u upgrade yeR ? toA shake. .... Then. U best ask for a water to go with yeRMeal.BeKuZZ THEIR Shakes are like that upside commercial atDairy Queen ( back in tha DaY)IBest part for me is ( since most of the time) I'm on. Bicycle or my Scooter when ordering.IZzzz.. I never have to worryAbout my shake melting B4I get back home! FactS. Enjoy

55 cent for sauce packets??? That is ridiculous, I understand the college kids near bye might have this location stressed but don’t take it out on paying customers!! They stopped doing cups of water, and this is the only location without shredded chicken for their quesadillas???? I won’t be back. Just warning everyone, please go to Zaxby’s where they charge half the price for sauce and you get more in the packet.

Pretty good food for a cookout. Slow service, especially during rushes. Will sell you stuff you don’t want or need (bottled water instead of a cup of water) and receipts aren’t itemized so most people wouldn’t catch it. Would only recommend if you’re really hungry during a bar crawl and that’s only because there are no other options. If that previous scenario does not apply to you, there are many better places to spend your money in downtown Columbia.
