Just ok. Chicken quesadillas were not great. Few pieces of shredded chicken...more like cheese quesadilla. Also waited more.than 30 minutes to get part of an order that was forgotten 😭

Had orientation today for a new job on Bush River. Was starving and hardly ever get to eat Cookout. Ordering was quick food was hot fresh and delicious. Black queen at the window even had a friendly attitude. The aftermath below😋❤️

I just went through the drive-thru at this location in the young lady that gave me my order was very sweet..I think her name was McKenzie. We had a short convo about EVs & Hemis. Lol . Very bright young lady! Great customer service ❤️

Bad treatment is the worst treatment I have ever seen in my life. I visited the restaurant on July 19 at 3:00 in the morning and met a woman and a black man. The woman’s morals were worse than you can imagine. After forty minutes of waiting with hunger, I saw her treatment and hated everything. My advice to you is that she is not qualified to work.

The visit was perfect. No complaints and definitely appreciated the great customer service from the gentleman at the window and the hot and fresh food.
We stopped here on our way home. Writing this review as I’m still waiting for our food to be prepared. It’s been almost 40 minutes. The restaurant is dirty, literally trash on the floor. The restrooms are also a mess. There’s no ice or iced tea at the beverage stations. No syrup for the cheer wine. When you ask a question of the staff - they were rude and don’t care if people are waiting (exception, the woman working the front register, who seemed to be the only person attempting to do anything well). This is madness. Would never recommend this location. Seriously, the worst cookout experience ever.
