Had orientation today for a new job on Bush River. Was starving and hardly ever get to eat Cookout. Ordering was quick food was hot fresh and delicious. Black queen at the window even had a friendly attitude. The aftermath below😋❤️
I just went through the drive-thru at this location in the young lady that gave me my order was very sweet..I think her name was McKenzie. We had a short convo about EVs & Hemis. Lol . Very bright young lady! Great customer service ❤️
We live in FL and always stop at a Cook Out when traveling. This Cook Out location had the friendliest service we've ever experienced at one (not that other Cook Outs don't have friendly service, but this location was next level). The lady at the counter gave us the warmest, most enthusiastic welcome. She made us feel like they were glad to have us there.
