The customer service was subpar. The individual that took our order was training. And the trainer didn’t show any effort as to train her the correct way. They kept the window open and we were able to hear all conversations.

I just moved to Columbia two weeks ago, I absolutely fell in love with CookOut. I’ve been 5 times in those two weeks. Lots of cool unique options, the ordering of Tray’s took me a few visits, but I finally figured it out. (You can do a Corndog as a side?! Or a Walking Taco, which is AWESOME. Everything’s been on point, glad I found this place. (I’ve been to three separate Cookouts, this location is the best spot by far)

Fast friendly service. Food is pretty standard, prices very reasonable. Standard cookout setup inside for seating. Gotta love that the ice cream machine is always working, on I believe this location closes kinda early. I tried going here one late night and it was closed by 2 or 3am, best bet go to sonic next store if this place is closed.

Waited in line with one person in front of me for 15 minutes while the second line had five People who had gotten there after me have their orders taken and handed out Then when I pulled up, nobody said anything for 10 minutes If your lane isn’t working, maybe be close it? People aren’t going to come back I know I’m not you got people in there that knew the whole time and just didn’t do anything about it they didn’t even try to get my attention. So if u want fast food from a drive through go somewhere else. Also most add I told my girl friend about this when I got home cause I had to go somewhere else and she said it was like this at 11:30 am when she went to get lunch so for 6 hours they knew it wasn’t working and didn’t put signs up or try to do anything about it.
