Got to do better with the milkshakes. Bought a chocolate chip mint had no taste of the mint just the chips. They always seem like you are bothering them at the forest drive location.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. I just left the drive through at 2:45pm on 7/20 and the white young man who was taking drive thru orders was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. He was literally yelling and getting smart with me for no reason. He did not provide good customer service at all and should be placed washing dishes instead of interacting with customers. I called corporate however, no one answered. I will never return to this awful location again.

This place is terrible! I ordered a double burger with bacon, a hotdog, a corn dog and some Cajun fries. The burger patties were about a 1/4 of the size of the bun, two of them off-center stacked didn’t even cover the whole bun. The bacon was a single half strip on one side of the burger. The lettuce was at least fresh-ish. The hot dog was the size of a #2 pencil in a hoagie bun, can we not get at least a ballpark?! The corndog was your typical corndog so no complaints there. The Cajun fries were old and somewhat soggy, but the seasoning was ok. As for the service, I sat in the restaurant for 30 minutes, and was the only seated patron, every single table was filthy, and not once did any staff go around and clean any of the tables. This was well after any expected lunch rush, and there were at least 7 employees in the store at this time.
This was my first time at a Cookout, but I will probably never go to another one. The patty size for the burgers is ridiculous. And I’d be afraid to try the chicken at all!

Shakes are delicious, but I think they should start selling different sizes of them.
Flew in from Utah and needed a little place for a snack! The lady at the register was fantastic! The food was spot on! Corn dogs, burger, onion rings snd more were all so yummy! But the shakes… oh the shakes are so good! Chocolate banana peanut butter and just a strawberry shake…oh my goodness! So good and thick and creamy!
