Went through the drive thru today(1/10/2026) at lunch. Speaker was low. Employee taking order entered wrong order, and wanted to argue with customer regarding employee mistake. Very unprofessional conduct. Asked for a manager and employee refused. Sending concerns to headquarters.

This defines fast food the food used to be 4 stars bang for its buck but I think prices went up a tiny bit, usually prepared fast and a lot of options. Shakes are 40-1 in comparison to Sonics easily.

Went to this cookout while we were in town for Thanksgiving and all I can say is they were very pleasant. The general manager Darius definitely keeps the store up. The bathrooms were very clean and the dining area. There is nothing bad that I can say about the store and workers. The girl at the register was very pleasant. Compared to where I live there is a bunch of kids that have attitudes and seem like we are disrupting them. I highly recommend!

Stopped in while visiting family for the holiday. After doing some shopping, I needed food and decided to order here. The place was so clean that I chose to dine in. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and it smelled great and was spotless. The GM, Darius, clearly takes a lot of pride in his store and it shows. Definitely worth the stop! Thanks, Darius!

The service is subpar. They don’t like to give the correct amount of fries even when you double the order. The milk shakes are the best. The cost of a meal isn’t bad because they have a lot of options especially the milkshakes.

Went to Cookout for the first time in a while since Rush's was closed for Labor Day and I wanted a hotdog. They weren't to busy but the cashier was nice. Food took a minute but it was freshly prepared and decent; pretty much as expected. I went pretty big and got a cookout tray big double burger cheddar style with onion rings and fries for sides and a peanut butter banana shake. Also got a cookout style hotdog. I told you I went big ha. The trick to Cookout is the tray and the different styles so you kind of need to know how that works. Solid 4 stars. Zesto West Columbia would be the measurement for 5 stars for this category for me.

We stopped in for shakes and they were amazing. We had a strawberry cheesecake shake and a chocolate chip cheesecake shake. They were delicious. The only negative (if you want to call it that) was the straw was too thin for the chocolate chip cheesecake shake. I needed a spoon for it! On a scale of 1 to 10, they were a 15. Simply amazing!

Not really able to say much about Cookout that is positive. All of the branches are pretty much the same. Overpriced food. Way undersized burgers that seem dry. The floats are like 95% ice cream (which some may prefer, but it kinda defeats the definition of a float) The slaw was really the only normal thing. Even the corn dogs were dinky like the burgers. Big double cheeseburger was supposedly the biggest burger on the menu and maybe, if I had had my microscope with me, I could have seen that it was not as advertised. But, overall, its just a sub-par experience. Maybe they have a couple of good snack things. The fried white cheese things looked ok and I think they have fried pickles. But if you're really hungry, I personally think you'll be disappointed.
