I had two separate orders. The chicken quesadillas were absolutely disgusting!!! i went back for them to remake my food they took the receipt and brung out food that wasn’t even mine!!! i tried to just get a refund but since they took the receipts i couldn’t get a refund. the manager was trying to argue with me telling me that she couldn’t do anything. She read both my orders out to me and still gave me the wrong order! the worst experience i’ve ever had!

Staff was rude. Ordered a burger tray with a huge sweet tea, received a large, burger was burnt. Staff argued about it. Any tray with a sweet tea is a huge by default. Receipt says huge. Only reason it has more than 1 star is because the gentleman taking out the trash thanked me profusely for making room for him.

Drive thru around 1:00 moved quickly. On this trip: Grilled chicken club was a nice portion and was hot all the way through, but not overcooked or chewy. Onion rings were also fresh from fryer. Upgraded my drink to a Peanut butter/ fudge shake w/ Walnuts, was very thick and awesome after a tough morning. 🤦♀️🤷🏼♀️🤣 I was a bit shocked at how much a Cookout Tray with a fancy shake upgrade has increased in cost. In 2017 it was about $6. 2020 was about $8. Today it was almost $11.00! 😱🙄😞 Praying our economy bounces back in 2025! Our country needs serious restructuring! 🙏🇺🇸
